They did send postage to return the box, which was nice, but then they still charged the final month and expected the unit back on a tight timeline. That felt unfair. I want to be clear: it’s not completely useless — when it works you get decent speeds and setup wasn’t a total headache — but the reliability and the billing/returns handling dragged it down. A bit more honesty and a UI refresh for the TV would go a long way. My advice: read the cancellation and return policy carefully, and maybe have a backup plan before you commit. I canceled because the day-to-day hassle outweighed the good bits, but someone who tolerates interruptions might find it okay.

    Using the service itself has been fine — playback and the app behave as expected, no complaints there. But the billing side feels sloppy: no heads-up that my direct debit had been cancelled or that I’d be charged a late fee. I only found the extra 60 SEK on the November invoice when I checked payments. That lack of transparency is frustrating and it makes the whole setup feel less reliable, even though the product works.
    So, practical takeaways: signing up and the actual product experience are okay, maybe even decent. The payment handling and follow-up are weak and can cost you time and a small fee. Not a disaster, but not smooth either. Be ready to monitor your account and chase customer service if you go this route.

I called, they said the cancellation “never happened” despite them having the call record. Classic.
    What made me actually feel satisfied was the one call where someone finally listened, checked the recordings (yes, I had my own copies), and admitted the mistake. Not a grand apology, not a parade, but a straight refund for November and December and a clear confirmation that the account was closed. Small victory, but I’ll take it. It wasn’t smooth, had some threats over a tiny “six-day” fee — that annoyed me — but getting the money back and the promise that it won’t happen again was the relief point.
    Would I recommend them? Not without caution. Keep records, record calls if you can, and be persistent. When they do fix it, you’ll know — that weird, quiet satisfied moment when the problem just stops nagging you.

That felt reassuring, solid and straightforward, which was exactly what I wanted after handling a few other estate things.
