I’m absolutely loving the Athar’a Pure skincare products and have been using them for years. The products are clean, natural and feel amazing on my skin. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the quality of my skin and have recommended it to family and friends, my mom is hooked and can’t live without the super fruit and Jasmine face moisturizer.
Order stuck, bank helped
I first saw this company in a sponsored post and a friend even mentioned them, so I placed my first online order despite mixed reviews. I quickly had buyer's remorse and tried canceling — I emailed and called multiple times and got no reply. Other reviews about return problems were right. The bank stepped in after I disputed the charge, so I'm relieved it got sorted, but I can't recommend this company.
First order, radio silence
Placed my first order and then nothing — no phone number, two emails sent, zero replies. Kinda disappointing; other shops usually answer fast. Wish they'd at least acknowledge receipt, that'd help.
