Quality mattresses and pillows I had one promo code of three hundred dollars used to buy this natural foam and wool made mattress Many reasons to buy bed items from here Almost four supporting items like cotton sheets latest pillows and mattress protector along with this purchase I calculated my discount coupon and free items minus total cost of mattress almost nine hundred dollars I paid for natural bedding items
Other reason is life time warranty which is not common at all and less time in shipping and best one is items returnable even within a year

This company has been a total nightmare to deal with, seriously. It's like they go out of their way to make everything as complicated as humanly possible. There's barely any info online, the order confirmation was a mess, and it's just been one headache after another. I even splurged on white glove delivery, only to discover that they only shipped out the bed frame, not the mattress. And don't even get me started on the shipping confirmation email - zero clarity and just added to the chaos. All in all, it's been beyond frustrating and definitely not an experience I'd wish on anyone, not even my worst enemy.
Faulty mattress delivery
I gotta tell ya, I ordered this mattress from Awara, and wouldn't you know it? It showed up all messed up. I mean, come on, how hard is it to deliver a mattress without messing it up? So, I called them up and told them to come and get it because I wasn't gonna have that disaster in my room. It took forever for them to come pick it up, like three weeks! And even after I showed them the receipt for the pickup, they still wouldn't give me my money back. Seriously, Awara, what's the deal? I was so disappointed with the whole thing, I wouldn't suggest them to anybody, ever.
Mattress purchase
I gotta tell you, I recently bought a mattress from this company and man, it was a real nightmare. The product didn't match at all what they showed in their ads, and when I tried to return it, they made things way more complicated than they needed to. They made me donate the mattress, but no organization would take it because of possible bed bugs, and then wanted proof that it was disposed of properly, which was a pain to get. Even though they said I could get my money back, I never actually saw it, and they stopped replying to my emails. In the end, I had to get my credit card company involved, but the company still wouldn't give me a refund. Overall, it was a horrible experience and I wasted over a thousand bucks.
Defective products and poor customer service
I bought some stuff from this company not too long ago, but I got a bad batch. When I tried reaching out to them to fix it, they were no help at all. And on top of that, they took their sweet time sending me my stuff without even letting me know why. Dealing with this company has been a total letdown and a headache.
Mattress purchase
The mattress is really great, super comfy and supportive. But let me tell you, the platform that came with it is total junk. The slats are all flimsy and just won't stay put, they keep breaking on me. I was really hoping for better quality all around with this product, so it's been a big letdown.

My recent experience with this company has been really disappointing. I bought two mattresses, but the customer service was seriously lacking. It was so hard to get a hold of someone at the company, and when they finally responded to emails, it was slow and not very helpful.

I just bought a mattress from this company and man, it was a total disappointment. The mattress was way too soft and it gave both me and my spouse serious lower back pain. When I tried to return it in time, customer service just gave me the runaround and said I had to wait another month before they'd take it back. That was never mentioned on their website and when I brought it up, they just made excuses and didn't communicate well. I'm going to have to get a chargeback through my credit card company because this company's customer service was terrible and they gave me false information.
Second mattress purchase
I messed up by giving Awara another shot and buying a second mattress after the first one crapped out in just 6 months. Even though they claimed the first one was a dud, the second one is already falling apart after the same amount of time. My wife and I aren't big people and we keep in shape, so there's really no excuse for these mattresses dying on us so quickly. Customer service isn't helpful and won't give us a refund now that we're past a year. The fact that I can't even leave a review on their website says a lot about their shady business practices. If you don't want to waste your money on a crappy product, stay away from Awara mattresses at all costs.

The mattress was a huge letdown! I really hoped it would be comfortable, but it feels more like laying on a rock that's somehow covered in marshmallows. And to top it off, I can't figure out how to even leave a review on their website! I definitely feel like I got ripped off. You can't trust those reviews!
