Small bag, poor quality
I bought this bag from that company and man, what a letdown! It's way smaller than I thought and the quality is total junk. The online description totally tricked me and now it's like it's gone! No way I'm trusting that company again. I'm telling you, be careful if you're thinking about buying from them.
Returned items, questionable returns policy
I don't like writing negative reviews, but I had a really iffy experience with them. When I tried to return an item, things just weren't smooth sailing. I sent back my stuff and even got proof of delivery, but never saw a dime of my money back. Plus, the PO Box they told me to use wasn't legit, so I couldn't even check where my return was. To top it off, they charged me in Hong Kong dollars when I bought from an Australian site. Just didn't sit right with me, you know?
Bag purchase
I bought a bag from this company not too long ago, but it looks like it got lost somewhere during shipping. The tracking info hasn't been updated in 17 days and says it's stuck waiting for customs clearance. I've tried reaching out to their customer service team a bunch of times, but haven't heard back from them. I even told them I'd take the problem up with PayPal if they didn't refund me, but they're still not responding or doing anything about it.
Bag organization
I gotta say, I am seriously impressed with how detailed and organized those bag organization products I bought are. It's like every little thing about the design was meticulously planned to make storage easy and convenient. I'm from Guatemala, and I gotta give a shoutout to the awesome communication and support I got during the whole shipping process. It totally made ordering and getting my stuff a breeze.

Its comfortable to carry and makes the weight divided equally so it doesn't pressure too much on my shoulder
