I first saw this seller on a neighborhood Facebook group and a friend said it was fine. I hesitated before ordering. I paid six months ago. No updates. When I asked, they promised to speed it up and sent a free item offer. Months later same story. Today they emailed that they canceled my order — after six months, without my okay. So my doubts were confirmed. Not impressed.
Dodged it, but paid a price
I wouldn’t use them. I needed help after being burned by an earlier e‑commerce scam and ended up chasing a company that kept changing accounts and mostly ghosted on chargebacks. It cost me about ten grand to untangle, and customer support was basically hidden. I’m kind of mad but also relieved I found others warning about this; do your homework, check forums, call your bank.
Finally here, after a bit of a circus
the money took its sweet time but eventually showed up, and the item did arrive — late and with a tiny scuff, but it works well and I use it almost every day now. Customer communication could be way better (honestly), and the website needs work, but once it landed the product did what I wanted. So not perfect, some stress involved, but end result is positive — I’m using it, it’s handy, and I’ll probably order again but only after checking tracking like a hawk.
Missing headphones (and my patience)
no product, no refund, and kind of tired of the runaround. Weirdly, rediscovering my old earbuds turned out better than expected — small silver lining — but still, this was a hassle.
