Bag purchase
I ordered a bag, and they charged me immediately, but it took forever for them to ship it. I had no idea it was being shipped from Portugal to Germany; otherwise, I wouldn't have placed the order. I sent it back 12 days ago, and the tracking information shows that it arrived at the store 11 days ago. However, I have yet to receive an email confirmation or a refund! When I contacted customer service, they didn't respond to my first message. They only replied to my second message, acknowledging that they received the package and asked the warehouse to check it. That was 4 days ago, and I still haven't heard anything. How long does it take to process a return? This whole situation is so unprofessional! I will never purchase from them again.
Smartwatch
I ordered a smartwatch not too long ago, thinking it would come pretty soon. But man, it was a total letdown. It felt like it took forever for them to even process my order and ship it out. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but got nowhere. Finally, they hit me with an email saying the thing I bought was out of stock and that I'd get my money back. But even after that, I had to bug them to get my refund. It wasn't until I made a bunch of calls and sent more emails that I finally saw the money back in my Paypal account. The folks at customer service were nice, but the lack of communication and the whole long process has me thinking twice about buying from them again.
