    Durable home essentials

    I've been a loyal customer for years and let me tell you, the home essentials I've bought have really lasted. The quality is top-of-the-line, and I'm grateful for that. The shipping is pretty speedy, too. My orders usually show up in about a week. Luckily, I haven't had to mess with returns, so I can't really say how that goes. But overall, I'm super happy with what I've bought and will definitely keep coming back.

    Discount coupon experience

    I recently had a bad experience with the discount coupons from this company. I got all hyped up when I saw a discount coupon come with my new credit card, but it turned out to be fake when I tried to use it. I reached out to customer service and they gave me another coupon when I signed up on their website, but surprise surprise, I had more problems trying to use it. It sucked to realize that these coupons were just a trick to get people to sign up for credit cards, not a real deal. I'm let down by the lack of honesty and reliability with this part of their service. As a customer, I just want promotions and offers that are straight up and trustworthy.

    4-ft pop up Christmas tree

    I recently bought a 4-foot pop-up Christmas tree and it's been fantastic! I'm over dealing with real trees and lugging out the big artificial tree box was getting old. This one was a breeze to set up. I placed it on my end table and it looks like a full-sized tree from most angles. And it's going to be easy to store away this year too!

    My experience buying from this company was a total nightmare. The stuff I got was low quality and didn't meet my expectations. The bedspread was flimsy and poorly crafted, and the curtains seemed hastily put together. On top of that, it took forever to get my refund after sending the items back. The customer service was no help and seemed just as clueless as I was about the order mix-up. I definitely wouldn't suggest shopping here if you don't want to waste your time and money.

    Bird bath purchase mix-up

    I recently bought a little bird bath from this company, but instead of getting the table-top size I wanted, they sent me a huge, 4-foot tall bird bath on legs that looked like a pig trough! It was nothing like what I had ordered and I was really let down by the whole mix-up. When I tried contacting customer service through email, they never got back to me and wouldn't take the wrong item back. It was like my concerns didn't even matter to them. On top of that, they even threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay for the item they mistakenly sent me. Overall, dealing with this company was a major headache and a big disappointment. I strongly recommend against ordering anything from them.

    Payment Issue

    I was really upset when the customer service lady told me I hadn't paid my bill for April. I looked in my bill box and there was nothing there, so how could I have missed it if there was no bill to pay? It just didn't make sense! But then I received a statement in the mail from Brylanehome, and there was no late fee on it. In fact, I had overpaid by almost 70 bucks! The customer service lady was completely mistaken, and I really need her to apologize right away!

    I bought a bedding set from this company not too long ago, and I gotta tell you, I was super bummed out about the whole experience. They sent me the wrong stuff, and the quality of the bedding set wasn't what they promised. When I tried to send it back, they somehow lost track of my return, which made me really mad and wasted a ton of my time. The customer service wasn't helpful at all and they even tried to scare me with threats of sending my account to collections if I didn't pay up. Long story short, I won't be giving this company another dime.

    I bought some home decor stuff the other day and the items themselves were good, but man, the customer service sucked. It's so annoying when you can't even understand what the reps are saying because of language issues. I really wish there was a customer service team here in the US so it would be easier to talk to them. It's just a letdown when you have problems and can't get the help you're looking for.

    Shipping issue

    I recently had a really annoying experience with this company that promised free shipping but totally dropped the ball on that promise. So, I placed my order thinking I was getting free shipping, but then they told me I could only get a rebate for half of the shipping cost. Like, what? I even showed them proof that they said shipping was free originally, but I still haven't gotten my money back. It's been a whole month and countless phone calls, and the issue still isn't fixed. Every time I talk to a customer service rep, they give me different info, which just makes me even more frustrated. They're seriously lacking in honesty and consistency in their communication, and that doesn't look good for their reputation. This whole ordeal has left a bad taste in my mouth, so needless to say, I won't be giving them my business again.

    Difficulty in Returning a Patio Umbrella

    I had the worst time trying to return a patio umbrella online. The customer service was automated with no way to talk to a live person. And to top it off, the link they sent for the return didn't even work. It was a total letdown.

    I recently bought a wicker chair from this company, but it came without legs. I reached out to customer service for help, and that's when things went downhill. For months, I was getting the runaround and was told I'd only get a refund or a new chair if I sent back the chair without legs, even though it was useless like that. Dealing with a company that seemed all over the place and unhelpful was beyond frustrating. It felt like the customer service reps couldn't do much to fix the problem. All in all, the whole thing left me disappointed and not happy with the service.

They then blamed PayPal for the problem, even though PayPal had no info about it. It was really frustrating and I wouldn't suggest buying from this company.

    I ordered a little Christmas tree to brighten up my son's tiny apartment. When it arrived, it was left outside the building and got swiped. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare - they weren't any help at all. They basically said I had to buy another one and then wait three whole weeks before filing a claim for the stolen tree.     Dandelion yellow stripe king comforter

    I recently bought a dandelion yellow stripe king comforter online, but when it arrived, it was the wrong color. Trying to talk to customer service was tough because of a language barrier. I sent back the wrong comforter, but the replacement I got was solid yellow instead of striped like I wanted. After waiting for over a month, I give up on getting the right one. I'm really disappointed in the lack of care and customer service from this company. I won't be buying from them again.

    Lighted curtain panels

    I received personal hygiene spray bottle X's 4 clearly marked with label as curtain. You can buy them for $9.99 on Brylane Home site. My 4 panels of lighted curtains are $105.56. With that being said I was charged $105.56 for the 4 personal hootchie bottles. I returned them. But of course they have not received them. 2 weeks after return places in postal system I am still overcharged for a product that I did not order.

    5-1/2 weeks and have not received. Have called customer service and experienced waits of between 25 minutes to over an hour and two disconnects. Have been on hold for 1 hour and 26 minutes on a current call I am on. Brylane's customer service is horrid, and they obviously do not value their customers time. Someone finally answered and said order has not been processed yet. I told them to cancel.

    Placed my order on April 22 and was told my the curtains were on back order and I would receive them by June 16, I thought ok I can wait. So on June 16 I called to see about my order, waited on the phone for 45 minutes, oh yes they were labeled and ready to ship.June 29 I called and waited 1 hr 15 minutes only to be disconnected. The pony express could have got them here by now! The status says not shipped. I will not buy from them again. All catalogs go into the trash at the post office.
