Sketchy billing, sadly
I wouldn’t trust these guys after they charged my card twice. I only signed up because I needed regular refills for back pain and expected something simple — hoped they'd be good, but it turned into a headache. I called, disputed charges and was told to cancel and replace my card — which I did — yet they texted saying they billed the old, canceled card again. Not cool.
Unexpected charges, refund sorted

My card company flagged it; I declined that one. Next morning another $79 showed up, so I canceled the card to stop more. I called Sanesollution, asked for a full refund, and they did return everything. Still annoying, but relieved.
