I wouldn’t trust these guys after they charged my card twice. I only signed up because I needed regular refills for back pain and expected something simple — hoped they'd be good, but it turned into a headache. I called, disputed charges and was told to cancel and replace my card — which I did — yet they texted saying they billed the old, canceled card again. Not cool.
Unexpected charges, refund sorted
Spotted it on a buddy's post and I almost didn’t buy — felt sketchy, so I hesitated. I ordered one eye cream in the evening, and a few minutes later my card got an unexpected $99 charge. My card company flagged it; I declined that one. Next morning another $79 showed up, so I canceled the card to stop more. I called Sanesollution, asked for a full refund, and they did return everything. Still annoying, but relieved.

the package actually arrived quickly and the product was packaged fine, and they did respond to emails — just didn’t fix anything. My advice: double-check your statement immediately and call your card company. I wish they had clearer opt-outs and a real cancellation option.
