    Return saga turned lesson

refund or I start making noise with trading standards and legal steps. I honestly expected nothing, but after a bit of back-and-forth they finally issued a refund. So yeah, skeptical turned relieved, but only after a lot of hassle and annoyance. The product itself felt cheap and the packaging was flimsy, tracking was messy — not great if you need something fast. In the end I got my money back, which I appreciate, but I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want straightforward service.

Mailbox mystery and a bracelet that finally showed up

I kept checking the mailbox like it was hiding candy — tracking said delivered on August 22, but there was nothing. I emailed Canada Post (crickets) and messaged the shop; at first they wanted me to pay $9.99 to resend. I pushed back, argued a bit, and eventually they sent another one without the extra fee — took longer than it should have. The bracelet itself is fine for everyday wear (I’ve been wearing it while making coffee and walking the dog), clasp is a touch stiff and the box was a little crushed, so not perfect. Customer service was slow and clunky at first, but they did fix it after I kept at them. Annoying process, usable result.

Almost gave up, then finally okay with it

the package shows up on the tracker on the 28th, then nothing. I messaged support, they replied with the usual link-and-number spiel, which made me roll my eyes, but I kept checking anyway. What flipped it for me — the moment I knew I was actually satisfied — was when they agreed to refund and said they'd sort it out on their end. Not fireworks, just relief. It took a couple of back-and-forths (and one slightly annoyed follow-up from me), but the refund hit, and they confirmed they’d retrieve or relabel the stuck order. Small thing, but it changed my whole mood about the company. I liked that they didn’t ghost me; real people answered eventually and fixed the mess. Would I order again? Maybe — I’d be cautious, but I’d try them once more, especially if a friend recommends it again. Bottom line: imperfect process, but they redeemed themselves enough to earn a second look.

    Missing package, slow replies

I bought a couple of bracelets on April 11 and paid $22 for express shipping because I needed them sooner rather than later. The tracking showed a FedEx "delivered" scan a few days later, but when I checked the building mail room there was nothing—no note, no package, nothing. I only found out about that delivery when I pulled up the tracking myself. I contacted the seller and after a lot of back-and-forth I opened a PayPal case; Buddha Power kept saying FedEx was looking into it. They did reply sometimes, but it was all pretty slow and repetitive, like they were waiting on someone else and not taking real ownership. The one thing that bugged me most was the false-delivery status — either a mis-scan or it was left somewhere else, and that made tracking useless. I never actually saw the bracelets, so I can’t vouch for the product, just the process. They’re holding my money for almost a month at this point and I’ve asked for a refund or a replacement. My tip: document everything and be prepared to escalate if you want your money back. Not the smoothest experience.

    Not what I was told

are these actually copper? I said it was for arthritis, I said I needed pure copper, and the person on the phone — Cha, that’s what she said her name was — told me yes, pure copper. That eased my doubts enough to order two rings and two bracelets. I thought I was careful, called ahead, did the right thing. Turns out that didn’t matter. When the package arrived I could tell right away they weren’t copper. Color, weight, the feel — small details that add up. I emailed, pointed out the mismatch, and the reply was basically that the items weren’t pure copper after all, they were made of other metals. So the reassurance on the phone was wrong, or misleading. That’s the part that bugs me most. I’ve had good experiences with other online sellers where customer service actually meant something, so I expected at least basic honesty here. I tried PayPal, because I’ve been using them for years — decades, basically — and they used to be the fallback when sellers wouldn’t cooperate. This time PayPal told me they couldn’t help unless I shipped the items back. Fine, but the seller wanted returns sent to China. Four small items, four ounces total, but the return shipping quote was astronomical — like over two hundred dollars. That made no sense. I asked for a better option, escalated, and got the canned line repeated several times by someone who sounded like they were reading from a script. It felt like everything that should protect a buyer quietly shrugged and walked away. So, flaws: misleading product description, inconsistent phone assurance, poor support on returns, and an impractical return address that makes a refund pointless unless you pay more than the items cost. On the plus side, the shipment itself arrived reasonably fast and intact, and the products, apart from not being copper, are wearable enough if you don’t care about the material claim. Not perfect, and I wouldn’t call this a great experience, but it’s not a total disaster if your expectations are adjusted.
