Simply beautiful
I am not the guy who actually invest in cases but after my phone got damaged ( it was expensive) so i thought its foolish thing to not do that. My friend told me about this and i have seen him using the cases before. its simple and it looks really good also i like teh color options they have, some are really unique colors which is hard to find. I am not into too vibrant colors. So i find the colors which fit my taste also the bullstrap has good quality which comes under the rates that i can afford.
i like it so far and i am trying it for past three weeks and i like itiPhone case
I bought an iPhone case less than a year ago and I love it.
I have bought a lot of their products and I love them all.
Today I dropped my iPhone today and the left corner of the case cracked. I called customer support and they told me that they won’t cover that damaged. I take good care of everything I buy, the leather Is in perfect condition as I make sure I’m very careful with it. I am sorry to say that I will never buy any of their products again. I don’t think that a case that drops from my hand to a wooden floor should cracked.iPhone case for x phone
Loved the case, then I dropped it once ,the case cracked in the corner and customer support said too bad! I will never buy another product from them.
Overpromised delivery, lack of communication
My time dealing with this company was really bad. I bought something and they said it would come fast, but I ended up waiting with no news. I tried reaching out to them a bunch of times, but they didn't say anything back. It felt like they didn't care about my worries at all. I started to wonder if they were a real company or just trying to trick me. Eventually, they got back to me, canceled my order, and gave me my money back. I'm glad they fixed it, but it shouldn't have taken so long or been so hard for me to get help. They really need to do better with their customer service.
Leather wallet purchase
The customer service was awful. They never responded to my emails, texts, or calls. The person in the chat room said that the phone system wasn't even working, which was really annoying. Also, the website advertises discounts but then the price goes up at checkout, so definitely watch out before buying anything.
Poor quality products, difficult return process.
I just bought some stuff and it was such a letdown because the quality was terrible. And when I tried to bring it back, it was a total pain. I ended up having to dispute the charges on my credit card just to get things sorted out.
iPhone case and wallet purchase
I recently bought an iPhone case and wallet from this company, but I gotta say, it wasn't the best experience. First off, the product description wasn't very accurate. It took me two whole days to finally talk to a customer service rep, and when I did, they gave me the wrong info about the color. They also said returning it would be easy, but it was anything but straightforward.
iPhone 14 case pre-order
I recently pre-ordered an iPhone 14 case back in September from their website, but man, it's been a total nightmare. So, I got an email saying my order was gonna be delayed, but they promised it would ship by 10/31. Fast forward to mid-November, and nada. The case is MIA. When I hit up customer service about it, they were basically useless. They even had the nerve to tell me to check my junk mail for tracking info, even though their own system showed my order as not fulfilled. Dealing with their total lack of responsibility and crappy communication has been beyond frustrating. It's been a mess.
