canceling was impossible — I ended up stuck with charges. I signed up during a trial because I was moving and didn't want regular deliveries, so I tried to cancel. The site refuses to let you end the subscription and tells you to email. I sent three emails and all bounced back with delivery failures. The web chat also failed to connect. Felt like nobody was handling this. Not great service, so be careful before you subscribe. Honestly, read the fine print.
Almost didn’t order — glad I did
if you’re wavering, don’t — they take care of customers, and fast too.
Finally saw the two serums in the box
a package arrived with both full-size serums. No drama in person, just the two bottles and a small sample tucked in the box — that little sample actually sold me; didn’t expect it. At that moment I relaxed — it felt like they fixed it for real. Still annoyed by the hassle and the initial offer of useless points, but relieved that the company ultimately honored the promotion and I can keep using the serum when my schedule allows. So, mixed feelings, but ending on a positive note.
