a package arrived with both full-size serums. No drama in person, just the two bottles and a small sample tucked in the box — that little sample actually sold me; didn’t expect it. At that moment I relaxed — it felt like they fixed it for real. Still annoyed by the hassle and the initial offer of useless points, but relieved that the company ultimately honored the promotion and I can keep using the serum when my schedule allows. So, mixed feelings, but ending on a positive note.
