Posture corrector purchase
The posture corrector I got from this company has seriously saved me. I had back surgery and needed something to help with my posture that didn't just rely on therapy. This thing went above and beyond with how well it works. The shoulder strap is comfy and gives me the support I need all day long. I'm so thankful for the fast delivery and awesome customer service I got.
Product quality, replacement, slow shipping
Yeah, I recently purchased these really awesome things, but ran into a little issue with one of them. Luckily, they fixed it super quickly, so everything turned out fine in the end. The shipping did take a little longer than I expected, but overall, I had a great experience with everything else.
International delivery surprise fees
I bought something online that was supposed to be delivered internationally, but when it finally arrived, I was surprised to see that I had to pay an extra £25 for shipping and tax. It would have been nice to know about these fees before I checked out. I tried to contact the company to ask about it, but they never got back to me. So now I'm not too happy with how they handled things.
Foam roller
This foam roller was such a rip-off! It didn't work as good as my old one and they wouldn't even give me my money back like they said they would.
Last-minute birthday gift
I really needed to find a last-minute birthday present for my buddy, so I stumbled upon this thing. Even though everyone seemed to like it, my friend wasn't really into it. So, I hit up customer service to get a return label and they got back to me right away. I sent the thing back and got message saying they got it. But, then things got crazy when they said they wouldn't give me a full refund because they found "hair" on it. That's absolutely not true since we never used it and don't even have any pets. I felt totally ripped off and super mad that the company tried to keep more than half my money. I'm taking this up with the right people and won't stop until I get all my money back, no doubt about it.
