Blue heron missing screws
I've mostly been happy with the things I've bought from this company, except for this one time when I got a blue heron statue that was missing some screws. But, they were quick to send me a replacement, which I really appreciated. It means a lot to me when a company owns up to their mistakes and fixes them. In general, I've had a good experience buying stuff I like at decent prices from them. I also like that I don't have to pay extra for shipping on top of the item costs. That's one of the reasons I keep coming back to order more. Thanks for offering quality products and great service!

These goodie bags were a big hit for Christmas gifts at my company! They showed up super fast and in perfect shape. Replaced stolen items
Hey there, so I got this order, right, but when it arrived it was totally empty! Bummer, right? Anyway, I reached out to the company and they were super quick about sending me a new one. Props to them for fixing it so fast! But seriously, they might want to have a chat with UPS about those empty packages.
Various household items and clothing
I was so excited about the stuff I bought from this company, but man, I was really let down by how they handled keeping me in the loop about my order. The package showed up on time, but the items were way smaller than I thought they'd be. Still, everything I ordered was there and the quality was top-notch. But then I found out my order got canceled out of the blue, with no heads up at all. I had to keep calling to finally find out why, and even then, I didn't get much of an explanation. That lack of transparency just ain't cool and could really turn off some customers in the long haul.
Bedspread and Pillow Shams
I love the bedspread and pillow shams I bought. They turned out exactly as described! The shams are a little thicker than the bedspread, but that's no problem for me since I prefer the lighter material. I decided to put them in different rooms, and they both look fantastic!
