The things I bought were really awesome, but I kind of wished they had some color night vision gear. And man, it would be so amazing if they could ship to South Africa. The person who helped me was super nice and really professional. If they decide to make any changes to their shipping, they better give me a heads up!
Subscription box surprise
I've been really happy with the subscription boxes I've been getting. Every month, I look forward to seeing what's inside, and I've loved everything I've received. I have to thank my wife for giving me this subscription because it's been a really fun and enjoyable surprise each time.
Membership renewal issues
I want to warn everyone - this company's way of renewing memberships is not right. I thought I canceled mine, but then a year later I saw they charged me for a renewal without asking. When I tried to ask about it, all I got were automated emails and no real answers. It seems like they're trying to trick people into giving them more money. It's really disappointing and unethical. Shame on them!
Monthly survival gear subscription
I recently signed up for this awesome survival gear subscription and it was incredible! The items they send are so useful and enjoyable to use. Plus, they have new management now, making the service even better than before. The customer service was top-notch, really friendly and helpful. The delivery was on time and hassle-free. Way to go, Crate Club!
Mystery box subscription
I've been getting stuff from Crate Club for a bit now, and I gotta admit, I'm always blown away by how awesome the stuff is. The mystery box subscription is a cool way to spice things up, you never know what you're gonna get. The items are always spot-on and practical, which tells me the folks at Crate Club really know what they're doing. I enjoy the surprise factor and it feels like Christmas every time I get a delivery and open it up.
Gift subscription upgrade
I just bumped up my son's gift subscription, he's a Trooper with the Kansas Highway Patrol in the Emergency Services/SRT Unit. I actually got him the subscription over a year ago, and this year I thought I'd upgrade it. The whole way through, Cain B was super helpful, patient, and nice. He walked me through the whole upgrade, making sure everything went smoothly. I really value his help and how professional he was.
Husband's Quarterly Surprise
My husband and I stumbled upon Crate Club during the lockdown in WA last year and thought it would be a cool gift idea to try out. We had a couple of bumps in the road with our first boxes, but since then we've been really happy with the awesome products in each shipment. My husband looks forward to his surprise every few months, it's like a little treat for him. He's been having so much fun with it that we decided to go all out and upgrade to get even cooler stuff. The customer service has been great too, they've helped us sort out any problems we've had and made the whole experience super enjoyable.
Surprise box
The box arrived and I was really excited to open it. It's always awesome because I never know what I'm gonna get. I enjoy receiving items that you wouldn't find in a typical store. They always include cool and unique stuff that's really fun. Looking forward to the next one!
Mixed Quality
I was super pumped to get my order from Crate Club, but I gotta admit I was kinda let down by the inconsistent quality of the stuff. Most of it was amazing and totally met my expectations, but there were some things that just felt like they were thrown in as fillers. It did the job, but it definitely wasn't up to the standard I was hoping for.
Great gear
Who doesn't love when you get some awesome gear sent right to your door? Crate Club is the best, they always send top-quality stuff that's perfect for people who love the outdoors, like me. I've never been let down by anything I've gotten in my deliveries. They've got everything from cool tactical gear to essential survival equipment.
Website login issue
I ran into a real headache trying to log onto the website after they did some system updates. But this awesome support team member, Cherry J, from support@crateclub, went way above and beyond to help me out. Even though the issue ended up being on my side because of my web browser, Cherry J worked tirelessly for two days to figure out and solve the problem. Her commitment and professionalism were really something special, and I really enjoyed working with her.
Quarterly subscription for husband
I started off just getting my husband a one-time gift from Crate Club, but he loved it so much that I ended up signing up for the quarterly subscription. The stuff they send us is seriously top-notch and we love it all. It's so fun to see how pumped my husband gets each time a new box arrives, and I enjoy surprising him with cool and useful stuff. Every box has a nice mix of different products, which keeps it exciting for us. We're always stoked to see what's coming next.
General-level membership renewal
I've been a happy customer of Crate Club for a while now, and just renewed my General-level membership. I'm always amazed by the great quality and range of products I get. I love being outside and my adult kids are just as active, so the stuff I get from Crate Club makes awesome gifts for our adventures together. I really dig how each shipment is all about preparedness and the great outdoors - it definitely amps up our experiences and keeps us ready for anything.

Crate Club is amazing in selling the best and most exclusive military egars . they are offering the prices which is affoarable and its fits the budget i mostly do my shopping. The customer cares us also well and its reliable. the products they sell are pricked, tested and also approved by the army rangers.
i am shopping from here for like two years , and so far i am really convinced dthat i am not going to get any other options in this who can deliver such amazing quality and assurance in buying military gears. Its almost perfect if i dont count the delivery which sometimes get really annoying but overall i will recommend this, i hope that they will also improve the work too
