Desigual has great designs and is relatively well priced. There are often sales, but your size may not be available if you wait. It's kind of like Children's Place for adults in terms of pricing - if you can wait 6 weeks it goes on sale. I live in Denver and we don't have a Desigual store. Sizing is all over the board, especially for tees marked "oversized". I'm a solid size 12 but sometimes need a small and sometimes an XL. So hard to know. But with free delivery and free returns.... Shoes are pretty true to size, as are jeans that use US sizing (25, 26, etc.) Pants in European sizing often run a size small, but not always. I like that many items are eco-friendly and some even use recycled fabrics. Be aware that no Desigual product uses real leather. Many of their tops are 100% synthetic, which I personally don't like. But fabric content is pretty clearly listed on the website. Unfortunately customer service is terrible! I have never received responses from their "contact us" and the phone number listed on Google 1-855-374-5872 says it's disconnected.
I totally recommend everyone, people who are passionate about their clothing style, especially something color-oriented. Once in a while, I keep buying a dress whether it is jeans, skirts or t-shirts. I like to have something different in my wardrobe. The quality, material and texture of clothing is vey much assured. Must try their website, at least for once. It's tempting.
I made an online purchase in November 2020, which I never received. CSR confirmed that the order returned to Desigual's warehouse and I should receive the refund in 15 working days, which never happened. I keep contacting CSR but they don't inform anything only say they will escalate to finance. It's end of January 20212 and I didn't get the refund. Case# 202012-00033681
I bought online to be delivered at UPS. I never got a tracking number, my order show as delivered on the website but UPS doesn’t have it. Contacted customer service and never got an answer. I got an email saying my request was solved and closed but never got a feedback and I don’t know where is the order I paid for. I can’t find a phone number or live chat. Want my order or my money back.
I wrote to a customer service an email, got no response. A day later I wrote them again about the issue related to promo code. An assistant was very careless, he did not care about customer satisfaction. Though I really liked a bag their, and it would be my first purchase. I ended up just giving up on desigual!
Don't buy online,packages get lost and they have a very sloppy costumer service. I am waiting for more than 1 month for a skirt that I never received and that I payd more than $100..they ignore all my complaints. I had the same issue with Mango or Free People and they fixed the solution by refunding or sending me purchase again right away. Be very careful! I will not buy their products amymore.
Awful customer service. Customer service got angry at me for asking why they would need a photograph of my credit card (reasonable question in my opinion) - promised to send within 3-4 days- still no sign of my delivery after more than a week
