product failed way too soon and the process to fix it has been slow. Yet I’ll give a nod to the company for actually engaging and proposing a fix; it changed my tone from flat-out annoyed to cautiously hopeful that it can be resolved, if they just follow through.
Finally loved it — until the delivery drama
the product itself is exactly what I needed for daily work/gym runs and school drop-offs, I use it every day now, love how it handles the weight. But the delivery hiccup and the mismatch on the carrier left a sour note. I probably would buy again only if the seller sorts out dispatch and sticks to the promised carrier or actually communicates better.
