Saw it on a friend's recommendation and bought it — feels solid and works how I expected, comfy grip and no wobble. The outer box was split and there was zero internal padding so I was worried, but it arrived fine, so I'm glad I went for it.
Tight fit, return underway
Spotted it on a friend’s post and hesitated. I feared the fit. Ordered anyway. It felt too tight so I returned it. Parcel hit DG Golf Tuesday. Glad it arrived, awaiting refund.
Weird screw, weird wait
product failed way too soon and the process to fix it has been slow. Yet I’ll give a nod to the company for actually engaging and proposing a fix; it changed my tone from flat-out annoyed to cautiously hopeful that it can be resolved, if they just follow through.

But the delivery hiccup and the mismatch on the carrier left a sour note. I probably would buy again only if the seller sorts out dispatch and sticks to the promised carrier or actually communicates better.
