After a few rides, I actually liked the bike more than I expected. It feels sturdy and does the job well. The frustrating part was getting help when a couple things came up—basically no response, which left me figuring it out myself. I’m glad the bike itself has been decent, but support really needs work. I’d recommend it only if you’re comfortable troubleshooting on your own.
Mostly easy, with a few quirks
The box showed up when expected, which was a relief after a couple of messy deliveries from other companies. Putting the machine together was mostly straightforward, though one washer slipped down inside the frame and getting it back out was annoyingly tricky. That opening really should be smaller, or the washer larger. I also reached out with a question and got a helpful response, so no complaints there. The pulse reader is still hit-or-miss; changing my hand position helps, but it doesn’t catch every time. I haven’t bothered with the preset programs yet. For now, manual mode does what I need, and I’m easing into it.
