I'd buy from them again, but only after a heads-up — quality can be hit-or-miss and customer service took a beat to come around. I ordered a summer dress last year (about $100) because, well, it's cute. I wore it maybe a dozen times — generous count — and this season I noticed the fabric had thinned and showed wear in one spot. Naturally I was annoyed — a hundred bucks for something that didn't last a season felt wrong. I emailed customer service and at first it felt like talking to a wall; the reply was, um, robotic and didn't really acknowledge what I was saying. I almost gave up. But after following up and being a bit persistent, someone actually listened and offered an exchange/solution that made sense. So, yeah, there was a bumpy patch, but it ended on a decent note. The designs are definitely pretty — that pulled me in — and the final fix shows they do care, even if the first response didn't. My tip: photograph the issue, be clear and don't expect instant empathy, but keep pushing if you deserve it. I like the dress again now and would consider ordering, but I’d be a bit cautious and check seams/fabric sooner. Overall, slightly skeptical at first, satisfied in the end. Shipping was fine and on time; price isn't outrageous — expect uneven quality. I'd tell friends: love the styles, but inspect it quickly.
Delivery went sideways
checkout was straightforward and confirmation arrived, so I assumed it was handled. Then three days passed with no dispatch. I asked them to cancel because I was leaving the next day and couldn’t receive it, and that request was ignored. I asked again, called the courier to put a hold on the parcel from my end, and even asked customer service to contact the courier. Nothing. They sent it anyway to the holiday address despite my clear instructions.
The worst bit is the “proof of delivery” — a photo of a black screen and no signature. That alone tells you the process was sloppy and, frankly, against their own policy. The house was vacant so no one accepted it, and now the parcel is missing for weeks. I’ve tried repeatedly to get any real help from customer service; I’ve been ignored each time. I paid extra for next‑day to avoid exactly this stress, so it’s frustrating and disappointing.
I do want to note that the website and ordering flow were fine, and the product looked legit in the order confirmation, but that’s of little comfort now. Next step for me is a formal dispute with my card company since I never received the goods. If you need reliable delivery and clear proof, I wouldn’t risk it.
