dense, luxe-looking, and full blackout that keeps the room warm. When I moved in Nov 2024 I got them in the longer size, because why not? I hang them a touch low for that drapey look, but my dog keeps barging through and ruins the fold, ha. Now (10/25) I’m ordering a different color. Not perfect — they’re heavy to hang — but I’m a customer for life.
Quick swap, smooth delivery
tell them if you need something for a warm climate, they'll pick the right fill. Seriously, their service and delivery made this way easier than I hoped.
Mixed bag — comfy but wrong stuff sent
they kept insisting the pillows were medium when the label said otherwise, asked me to resend photos I’d already sent, and explained their available comforter sizes in a way that didn’t match what I’d picked. The back-and-forth felt endless.
One unexpected thing: the comforter, while not the length I ordered, is actually pretty cozy once you shake it out. It fluffed up nicely and has a pleasant weight — weirdly satisfying. That said, that doesn’t fix the fact that it’s not the size I paid for and the pillows aren’t what I asked for.
I asked for either the correct items or a refund and was told they’d send return labels and refund me — that still hasn’t happened. So now I’m stuck deciding whether to keep the oversized comforter (it’s usable, just not right for my bed) or chase them again. My advice to others: check confirmations carefully and keep every photo and email. If you get the wrong stuff, insist on a return label and a refund timeline, and don’t be shy about following up. I wanted this to be easy and it wasn’t. Friendly tip: call early instead of only emailing — sometimes a phone conversation moves things faster.Half-unpacked surprise
they kept asking the same questions about whether I'd opened the linens and why I was returning them, like three times, and then offered a discount instead of just telling me how to send them back. All I want is clear return instructions; that's it. Oddly, the tracking updates were accurate, which was nice.
Late but worth a look
photos looked great but delivery times and support ratings made me wary. Still, I needed nicer linens for nightly use and decided to take the risk. Shipping dragged on longer than I expected, and getting straight answers from customer service was a real hassle — I called, messaged, waited. So yeah, my initial doubts were justified at first. The surprise came when the package finally showed up: the fabric is actually nicer than the pictures implied, soft and holding up well after a couple washes. That didn’t erase the poor communication, but it did change my overall feeling a bit. I’d say if you need something quickly or want responsive support, temper your expectations. If you can tolerate a slow process and care most about the product itself, you might be pleasantly surprised.
Soap-Opera Sheets
Wouldn't buy from them again — returns turned into a soap opera. I ordered two sheet sets that looked fine in pictures but arrived with ripped packaging and not the same fabric. Returning them became a game of phone tag and mixed messages — delays, different people saying different things. After filing a dispute with my card I finally got a label and sent everything back; I have tracking and emails. They later said one set was missing, which is wrong. Tried to leave a review and it felt like they screen everything, so not surprised. Compared to other sellers I've used, this was annoying, though I'm glad it ended with a refund.
