One unexpected thing: the comforter, while not the length I ordered, is actually pretty cozy once you shake it out. It fluffed up nicely and has a pleasant weight — weirdly satisfying. That said, that doesn’t fix the fact that it’s not the size I paid for and the pillows aren’t what I asked for.
I asked for either the correct items or a refund and was told they’d send return labels and refund me — that still hasn’t happened. So now I’m stuck deciding whether to keep the oversized comforter (it’s usable, just not right for my bed) or chase them again. My advice to others: check confirmations carefully and keep every photo and email. If you get the wrong stuff, insist on a return label and a refund timeline, and don’t be shy about following up. I wanted this to be easy and it wasn’t. Friendly tip: call early instead of only emailing — sometimes a phone conversation moves things faster.
