Felt brushed off, then a little hopeful March 10, 2026

I was sitting there clicking through, kind of annoyed. It looked like they were only letting folks with a physical storefront buy, while the same product was popping up from competitors who never had one. I mentioned it to a rep and got the usual shrug — "don't know how that happened" — which felt like talking to a wall. I asked for a manager. I pressed. At first I was skeptical, thinking, here we go again, same old company play. But after I hung up and dug around, I found out there are lawyers actually tracking these cases and taking names. That changed my mood. Not because I love lawsuits, but because it meant someone else noticed the same thing and was taking it seriously. So yeah, the service I got from the rep was meh. The situation itself felt unfair. But the existence of an organized response — attorneys showing up at markets in Dallas and Atlanta — made me feel more empowered. If you’ve been burned by other vendors before, you’ll recognize the pattern. I’m cautiously satisfied now. Still, they could do better on clarity and training. Small wins matter though, and discovering a route for action was a win for me.
