I bought a product from Erommy and it was really good quality. Putting it together was easy and didn't give me any trouble, so I got it set up in no time. Plus, the delivery was super fast, which was a nice surprise. I'd totally suggest this product to anyone. The only thing I'd say is that it would be cool if they started delivering to EU countries too.
Gazebo purchase
I bought a gazebo and it was a total disaster. I only got 3 out of the 4 boxes at first, and had to wait 3 more days for the missing box to come. When the parts finally arrived, they were all bent and damaged, which made putting it together a real nightmare. Their customer service is basically nonexistent, so I couldn't get any help or fix the situation. If you're thinking about spending a lot of money on a gazebo, I suggest checking out other options.
Bunk Bed
Oh my gosh, this bunk bed is adorable, but man, it was a hassle to put together! Some of the holes didn't line up right for the screws, so we had to re-drill them. It felt like it took forever to get it all set up, but now it looks really cool in my room.
Fast shipping and helpful customer service
I had a really great experience with this company! Their customer service was top-notch, they helped me right away and got the product I needed shipped out super fast. I was really impressed with how quickly they took care of my requests and got my order sent out. Overall, it was definitely a positive experience.
greenhouse
I purchased a greenhouse through Walmart from this Erommy. Walmart charged me for full expert assembly of the greenhouse through Angi's List. Parts were missing from the box initially. It took several weeks with limited and rude responses from the company before I received the missing parts. according to both Erommy and Walmart's site, the greenhouse requires two to three people for a minimum of eight hours to construct it from start to finish. Walmart requested and paid for only three hours of labor from Angi's list. I I now have a greenhouse that only has a few of the metal frame pieces up. I have been reaching out to Erommy and Walmart regarding the issue since 10/7/2022 and they have both been ignoring me. I requested a return label to send the greenhouse back. I was told by Erommy that I have to pay for the return and also that they are going to charge a non-commodity fee as well. They are thieves and I will never, ever purchase anything from them again.
499 fire pit
The product was absolute junk and the company was even worse. The product arrived with a large scratch on the table top and a spilled drink removed all the finish from the table top as well. What’s more, the pilot has yet to light. The company’s response to the situation, a $20 refund, I was blamed for the scratch, they ignored the removed finish and they acknowledged problems with the pilot light requiring almost a full disassembly to repair. Being from China, there’s no real way to deal with them and they just don’t care. Stay away from this company!!
