Almost wrote them off
I almost wrote them off before I even clicked buy — I'd heard horror stories and had bad run with another courier, so I was wary. Tracking showed "attempted delivery" and then radio silence, so I filed a ticket and paced. Customer service was slow to respond (which drove me nuts), but the parcel showed up the next afternoon, late and a little ragged. My doubts didn't vanish completely, but mostly faded once the box was in my hands.
Nice feel, poor timing
I saw this on a friend's Instagram and a buddy told me to try it for a birthday, so I ordered two things eight days ago. One arrived and actually feels pretty solid — good weight, nice stitch, not cheap — I kind of liked using it right away. The other item is still stuck in processing and hasn't shipped, so it's likely to miss the birthday. Communication was pretty weak, honestly. I was annoyed, but not furious, though.

The mug is solid, the candle smells warm and not overpowering, and the tiny trinket has a pleasing weight to it. Packaging had a couple of creases and delivery was a mess — Evri delayed them and getting anyone on the phone was pointless — but the seller resent the items and they arrived. Not perfect, but the gifts themselves hit the mark and still made my partner smile.
Family night, mixed feelings
