Funny how a box of accessories can cause so much stress. At first I thought my TV stand had been delivered incomplete, because only the smaller parts showed up and the main stand was nowhere to be found. The order page also said “fulfilled,” which definitely didn’t help. I emailed a few times and used the contact form, but after a week with no reply I was honestly close to opening a PayPal claim. I’ve had similar issues with other online companies before, so I was expecting the worst. Turns out the stand itself was on pre-order and is expected from the 15th. FITUEYES did eventually get back to me, and it looks like their earlier messages may have gone straight into my spam folder, although I still can’t see them there. A phone number would have made this much easier, no question. Still, the issue is resolved now and I’m glad I didn’t cancel. The design is the main reason I ordered from them in the first place; I really couldn’t find another TV stand with the same look. The accessories seem well made, and I’m looking forward to putting the full stand together once the main piece arrives. A bumpy start, but I’m relieved it worked out.
Solid TV stand, frustrating wait
I first came across this TV stand while my brother was helping me redo the living room, and honestly, the stand itself turned out better than I expected. It feels sturdy, sits evenly, and doesn’t have that flimsy wobble some cheaper furniture has. Once it arrived, putting it in place was pretty straightforward too. The issue was everything before that. The site said delivery would take less than three days, but after a week there was still no shipping update, and nobody answered my calls or emails. I was starting to think something had gone wrong. After I left a public comment, I suddenly got a reply the next day. They said my messages had gone to spam because of a system problem, which can happen, I guess, but it didn’t make the experience feel very reliable. They also asked me to remove the comment, which felt a little awkward. Anyway, the product is good and looks nice in my space. Their communication just needs work.
