It made a clear difference in my neck and back. I first saw one at a colleague's standing desk and decided to try it. I've used the original board for almost a year and my posture and energy are better. Two months ago I had an accident and suffered a cervical fracture, and suddenly the board was essential — I was lugging it between home and the office for weeks. It's not perfect; it felt stiff at first and it's not the cheapest thing, but it works and is durable. I just ordered a second one and paid with my FSA. Decade on my feet
I started using this board about a decade ago, slipping it into my sit-stand routine at the office and it's basically been there every workday since. Pleasantly surprised
it came earlier than the estimate and was packaged well. Customer support was chill and quick when I pinged about tracking, no corporate runaround. The kids use the board every day for homework wiggles and morning stretches. Kinda skeptical at start, but now I'm happy we have it.
When it finally clicked
I was midway through three-hour stretch when I first realized this thing helped. I’d bought it because my lower back had been acting up and after cheap foam mat left me sore, I wanted something different. The subtle shifts are nice — not distracting, enough to get me moving and stop locking into one stance. It took a couple days to trust it, and yeah, it’s quieter than I expected. Pretty glad I gave it a shot.
Excellent n innovative
Very unusual products.Fluidstance deck is very useful especially for those people like me who sits on chairs or even sofas for long time unmoved.Decks which is made by wood and plastic , Adequate space on upper side to fit both the legs where need to balance body.I had never seen even never heard about these exercises before through any media or mouth.
My job is absolutely a sitting job and if delete break hour whole time sitting since morning to evening ,really boating and unhealthy .
I keep this single exerciser deck in my office where I can do some movement,recirculate blood in my body in limited space .This could be a wonderful gift for anyone today either male female or kids.No harm at all.
