Round tool box and gloves parcel once either misplaced in transit or may be misrouted to other place ,not known was my first and last experience of poor logistics In fact that time decided not to buy anything from here in future .But professionalism noticed there how nicely they handled this complaint and did all efforts which was possible that time and consequently delivered same items to me with their assurances this will be not repeated again.
This was important to mention here, now after seven years I am writing this review ,no such incident seen
