Round stud earrings
OMG, I can't believe how amazing these round stud earrings are that my boyfriend got me! They came super quick, especially since it was during the crazy holiday rush. The packaging was really nice and the earrings were presented in such a fancy way, like I was a famous movie star opening them. The actual earrings are so sparkly and shiny, I can't stop looking at them. Every time I wear them, I get so many compliments and everybody wants to know where he got them. They are seriously better than real diamonds, these lab-grown ones are awesome! The value for these earrings is amazing, I highly recommend checking out this website for some fabulous bling!
Ring purchase
The whole buying thing was pretty easy and clear. I ordered and got an email saying they got my order right away. But then the shipping took way longer than I thought, and I got a little irritated waiting for my ring. When it finally got here, though, I gotta say, the way they packaged it and presented it really impressed me. The ring itself was even better than I hoped for and it looks amazing. I can't stop looking at it and everyone who sees it compliments me on it. All in all, I'm happy with what I bought and I'd think about getting something from this company again next time.
Third solitaire purchase
This is actually my third time buying a solitaire from this company, and I gotta say, I've always been happy with what I got before. The stones and settings have always been top-notch, but this time around, I was let down by the quality of the setting. It just seemed kinda flimsy compared to what I've gotten in the past. Even though I didn't go for a cheaper setting this time, the quality just didn't meet my standards. But I gotta give credit where credit's due, the solitaire stone itself is stunning, it just needs a setting that does it justice.

Lab diamond ring purchase
I just bought this lab diamond ring from this company and had to return the first one they sent me. It was a beautiful 4.50 ct ring with a halo and Pave prongs, but it was just too big for my finger. The return process was super easy and the customer service team was awesome in suggesting a simpler 4 prong Pave band for the new setting. I absolutely love how the final product turned out and would definitely recommend their products and services.

Cool ring and super helpful service!
My mom and I went to this really cool place, and let me tell you, the people there were so friendly and helpful! They went above and beyond to help us find the perfect ring, and they even helped us customize it to make it just how I wanted. The prices were great, and I am absolutely in love with my new ring! Engagement ring
The ordering process went really smoothly and was super easy. But things took a nosedive when the ring got stolen during delivery. Friendly Diamonds said they'll send a replacement that's even more valuable, but honestly, this whole thing has been such a letdown and a headache.
Purchased a 1.64 carat round solitaire VVS2 diamond ring with setting
My experience was actually really good. I talked to this gem expert they had on staff and picked out this gorgeous ring. Even though there was a mix-up with the delivery address, Friendly Diamonds fixed it right away and I got my ring with no issues. I'd definitely think about buying from them again.
Pendant necklace purchase for work
I work in medical esthetics and needed a necklace that I could wear while still using my work gloves. I lost my old necklace, so I decided to give this company a try for a replacement.
