Office Chair
I purchased a Klasika VIGO Ergonomic chair for our home office from Furngo, not realizing my wife also bought another chair without my knowing.
I contacted Furngo's customer service requesting a return and they were really great to work with and understanding about the situation.

Very good product, I ordered 2 chairs and one was damaged by shipping but I contacted them and they sent me a new one in less than 5 days, I am very happy with the product.
Office chair purchase
So, I got this really awesome office chair online, right? But when I put it all together, turned out one of the pieces was broken! I tried to contact them, first through their website, then email, and even gave them a call, but nada! It's like they're ghosts or something! How does a company just vanish like that? Starting to wonder if Furngo is a total scam. They want your money and ship your stuff, but if there's an issue, tough luck. Super not cool, man!
