I started using them a few months ago and at first delivery was okay, no drama. Then prices began creeping up daily — they blame gold, which might explain some but not the pace they quote. Customer service is blunt and often confusing. The product mostly does what it should, so it's usable, but not flawless.
Lunch scroll turned into a win
I was just scrolling at lunch when my coworker tipped me about this. I wasn't looking to buy, honestly. But the photos looked great, so I ordered on a whim. The moment I knew I was happy was when the box showed up much earlier than I expected and everything inside matched the pictures. There was even a tiny extra sample tucked in — such a nice surprise. Customer chat answered a quick question the same day. Little things like that sold me. Can't help recommending it to people at work now. Definitely a win. Packaging was solid and setup was super simple.

The price is affordable and reasonable.
