I've used GEM twice in the past 2 months for some car troubles. I used the app for quick help, and both times, assistance arrived within an hour. After the service, I even got a follow-up call from GEM to make sure everything was satisfactory.

I had a rear tire blowout on my motorcycle the other day and had to call for roadside assistance. They sent over a van specifically made for bikes within an hour, and they carefully loaded and secured my motorcycle to bring it back home. The driver was really nice and made sure both me and my bike got home safely.
