Perfume purchase
So, I had a rough start with my order from Gift Express, but I gotta give props to their customer service team for fixing things up real quick. And shoutout to the insurance from the website I bought from - they covered all the costs, even the shipping, when I sent back the perfume. It was a relief to not be out any cash. Big thanks to Gift Express for handling my issue so well. Much appreciated.
Missing item issue
I ordered eleven items from Gift Express, but only got ten. I reached out to customer service right away and sent them the paperwork they needed about the missing item. They got back to me at first and said they'd fix it, but then they never responded to my follow-up emails. Really let down by their lack of communication and customer service. I'm thinking of going somewhere else from now on because they still haven't fixed the issue.
Cologne purchase
I just bought a cologne from Gift Express and got a tester too. But when it arrived, I was bummed to see they sent me the wrong one.
