Filter purchase
I just bought some filters from this company and man, their customer service was top-notch. So, get this - they accidentally sent me the wrong filters, but when I reached out to their support team, they fixed it right up and sent me the right ones within 2 days. I gotta say, I was really impressed by how quickly they sorted everything out and didn't even ask me to send back the wrong filters. And let me tell you, these filters are no joke - they're high quality and work just as good, if not better, than those expensive name brand ones. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and the great customer service I got.

Hard work required Glacial team I am not sure either finally checked by experts or not. But lot of issues I found .All sets of filter produced in Covid time that's why quality didn't matched with early lot of products before 2020
Also I ordered on wrong time probably Three times my order said on way but didn't reached to me I can remember your 3Pack EDR RXD This should be in your customer list as using same since three years Products faults I don't consider a big issue as I am also a manufacturer and can understand this but a timely solution and immediate communication can solve this problem.RECIEVED 3 FILTERS THAT WERE WRONG. HAVE TRIED CONTACTING & NO REPONSE. JUST WANT RIGHT FILTERS. THANKS, PAULA EMMONS
Water filters, multiple quantity, cost-effective
I just bought a bunch of water filters from this store and I gotta say, I was really happy with how everything turned out. The filters I got were exactly what I was looking for, top-notch quality and all. Even though shipping took a bit longer than I thought, I get it – stuff happens. The price I paid for all those filters was totally fair, especially when you think about how much I would have spent on just one filter from somewhere else. All in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase and would definitely tell other people looking for water filters to check out this store.
Refrigerator filter purchase
I just bought some refrigerator filters from this place and let me tell you, I was really impressed with the customer service and the quality of the product. They got my order to me super fast and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. The staff really went out of their way to help me out, even when it was my mistake. I appreciate their outstanding service and professionalism. And the filters themselves are top-notch, better than I expected. I ordered filters from Glacial Pure twice and they fit perfectly in my fridge. Even though my filters got lost in the mail once, Glacial Pure sent me new ones right away. Their customer service is amazing!
Got filters for my fridge
I received my filters really quickly, like in less than a week, and they fit perfectly in my fridge. I got a great deal on 5 filters and they work just as well as the pricey ones. Now, my water and ice are super clean, and the water pressure is awesome. I'll definitely buy more in the future!
Water filter purchase
I was looking for a water filter for my fancy fridge and ended up finding a good deal online. I made sure it was compatible with my Whirlpool Gold fridge and decided to go ahead and purchase it. It was a little strange that my bank hit me with a foreign transaction fee, but even with that extra cost, it was still a better deal than what I was paying before. The filter arrived in the mail after about 9 days, and it was just like the ones I had been using. Installing it was super easy, and now my water tastes even better!
Compatible refrigerator filter purchase
I was so happy when I had to get a new filter for my fridge and came across a cheaper option that worked just as well as the name brand ones. I did some digging and ended up getting the filter from Glacial Pure. Putting it in was a piece of cake, and after running a few gallons of water through it, the water coming out was super clear. It's been two weeks now since I started using it, and I'm pleased with how well it's been working.

I messed up and got the wrong filters for my fridge, but let me tell you, the customer service at this company was amazing. I shot them an email explaining my goof, and they got back to me right away asking for my fridge model number. They found the right filters super fast and sent them over to me for free. It was so easy and the people working there were so nice and quick. I really liked how they handled my mistake with no problems at all.

I had a little mix-up with my order and ended up getting the wrong item. But Rita, the customer service rep, totally saved the day! She replied to my email super quickly and sent me the right item without any extra charge. Rita was so nice and on top of things, it made me feel like a VIP. 5 filters for a small business refrigerator
I just bought 5 filters for our little business fridge and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with them. The price was really good, especially compared to those big stores. Got exactly what I wanted and shipping was quick. They even checked in to make sure everything was delivered okay.

I just bought some filters from Glacial Pure, and let me tell you, they're pretty awesome for the price. They might not flow as fast as the big brand filters, but they seem to work just as well. The only thing is, the package says you gotta run 4 gallons of water through them before using, which kinda takes a while. But all in all, I'm happy with my buy.

I contacted Customer Service with a question about my filter order and was pleasantly surprised by how fast they got back to me. They were able to fix the issue promptly, which I really liked. I'd say this company is good for filter stuff. But, it would be nice if they had a phone number too, 'cause only having an email made it a little inconvenient for me.

The water filter I bought is amazing. It's way better than constantly buying plastic bottles and the water just tastes better. Plus, it's good for the environment by cutting down on pollution and lessening the use of throwaway plastic. I've also noticed a big change in how my water looks and tastes. I've told my friends and family about it because it's been a game-changer for us.
Replacement filters
I normally pick up our filters at the store, but thanks to Covid, I had to order them online. The filter I got looked just like the regular ones, so I think it's the real deal. However, it had this musty taste that was pretty gross.
