Desk chair purchase
I just bought a desk chair from this company and had a bad time with their customer service. I wanted to cancel my order because things changed, but I didn't hear back after sending three emails. The chair still showed up at my house, costing me money I didn't need to spend. GDF Studio really let me down with their lack of communication and help.
3-piece outdoor furniture set
I bought a 3-piece outdoor furniture set from this company not long ago, and I was super disappointed with how it turned out. After just two years, it started peeling and breaking, which made it look terrible and impossible to use. When I tried to ask the company for replacement parts to fix it, they said no. It's really frustrating to spend money on furniture only to have it fall apart so quickly, especially when the company doesn't help at all. I wouldn't suggest buying furniture from this company if you want something that will last.
Outdoor furniture purchase
I bought some outdoor furniture from this company not too long ago and it was actually a pretty good experience. Ordering it was easy and they kept me updated on my order every step of the way. The customer service folks were nice and quick to answer any questions I had, which I liked. The prices for the furniture were fair and the quality was even better than I expected. The delivery came right on time and everything was in good shape when it got to me. I'm happy with what I got and would definitely think about buying from them again down the road.
Furniture
Man, I bought this really awesome piece of furniture, but the company keeps deleting negative reviews. I mean, seriously? I gave them 2 stars and the next day, my review was gone! And to top it off, they're selling warranties for their products, which just seems super sketchy. Just a heads up, watch out for those fake reviews.
Chaise lounge purchase
I just got this chaise lounge from this company, and let me tell you, even though the shipping took a little longer than expected, it was totally worth it because the price was amazing. It ended up being more than $100 cheaper than anywhere else I looked online, so waiting a week for delivery wasn't a big deal for me. They did give me a tracking number pretty fast, but the actual package didn't show up until about a week later. If you're all about saving money like me, then waiting a bit longer for shipping shouldn't be a dealbreaker.
Sofa set
I recently bought a sofa set from this company, and the service has been really disappointing. It's been three weeks since I made my purchase, and I still haven't gotten my item. I've tried contacting the company several times, but all they give me are excuses and a runaround. The latest excuse was that they created a shipping label 13 days ago and are waiting for FedEx to pick up the item. Unfortunately, when I called FedEx to ask about the pickup, they said GDF didn't even tell them to pick up the item. This lack of responsibility is not okay, and it's made the whole buying experience very unpleasant for me. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with this company again.
Outdoor Aluminum Side Table with Glass Top
I recently bought this awesome Outdoor Aluminum Side Table with a Glass Top from Great Deal Furniture and let me tell you, I am so happy with how everything turned out. The table looks fantastic with my other patio furniture, and it showed up in perfect condition because they really packed it up well. No issues with missing parts or damage, which is always a relief when you're buying stuff online. And the best part? Great Deal Furniture had the best price out there for this table, hands down. Plus, they threw in free and super quick shipping, which just made the whole buying experience awesome. And on top of all that, I managed to snag a 20% off coupon to make the deal even sweeter. Fireplace screen in gold finish
I did a lot of research on different websites for fireplace screens and finally found a great one at this furniture company. The gold finish on the screen is really classy, not too shiny or cheap-looking, and it goes perfectly with my gold end tables. The website was easy to use and the product description was spot on, even better than I expected. I’m so happy with my purchase and can’t wait to buy more decor from this company. I’m definitely going to tell my friends about their products.
Barstools purchase through online retailer
I bought these barstools online from a well-known retailer and man, were they a mess! When they arrived, the feet had nails sticking out of them that scratched up our new hardwood floors. It was a total headache and major bummer because we had to shell out a bunch of money to fix our floors. I tried contacting customer service but it took forever for them to get back to me and when they did, they didn't even offer to help out with the mess they caused.
Barstool Set
Dealing with this company was an absolute nightmare. I ordered a barstool set and all I got was a broken chair. When we reached out to customer service, they were no help at all. They only offered a pathetic 5 percent discount on a new chair at full price. Their customer service is a joke, so do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company if you don't want to waste your time and money.
Chair
I was so excited to get this chair, but man, what a let down. The build is weak and the finish is not great at all. The fabric trim isn't even straight, making it look sloppy. And the worst part? When you put out the footrest, your feet just dangle there with no support. It's super uncomfortable, especially for someone like me who's just average height. What a disappointment!
New shiny cool chair
I recently bought this really cool chair from this store, but it took forever to show up! I made the order on the super unlucky 13th of the month, and they claimed it was shipped on the 17th, but it never arrived. After contacting Fedex, they told me it was never actually sent out. The customer service folks keep telling me different things, like seriously? How do you manage to create a shipping label but not actually send the item? It's so annoying, definitely not planning on ordering from them again. I think I'll give Ultimate Sak a try next time!
Rusty Fire Pit Stand
I bought a fire pit stand from this store thinking I'd be able to enjoy it for a long time, but it ended up being a total letdown. The metal support stand started rusting pretty quickly, which made the whole thing collapse. Now I can't even use the fire pit and it's a fire hazard. Even though I made sure to cover it up when I wasn't using it, the stand just couldn't handle the weather and fell apart way too soon. I'm really bummed out by how poor the quality and durability of this product turned out to be.
Fast shipping, love the products, some damage, missing screws
The shipping was really quick, but some of the stuff I received ended up getting messed up along the way. Some screws were missing too, which was pretty disappointing. Thankfully, it wasn't a huge deal, just annoying. We're thinking about buying another desk to go with the ones we already have. I'll reach out to the seller about the issues, but besides that, we're pretty satisfied with everything.
Wall mounted planters
I ordered those planters online and they came right on time. But man, when I opened the box, they looked awful! The paint was all messed up, they were dirty, and the metal was all dented. Ew!
Poor customer service
I had a really bad time dealing with the customer service at that store. It took them forever to get back to me by email, and when I tried calling, the phone number was all messed up. I'd be on hold forever, then sent to voicemail, and eventually just hung up on. And to top it off, they made a tracking number for my order, but didn't actually give it to the delivery company until 10 days later. It was super frustrating and just plain disappointing.
Patio furniture purchase
It came all the way across the country and got here in just 2 and a half days, with the chairs showing up on Friday right on time. But, FedEx messed up and lost the table, so now we're waiting for that. I'm really happy with what I got from GDF, but FedEx seriously needs to get their tracking together!
Swinging Loveseat Purchase
I bought this outdoor swinging loveseat from that company, thinking I'd have some nice chill time outside. But after a couple years, the wood started falling apart, getting all split and cracked. I tried reaching out to customer service for some replacement parts, but all I got was a big headache from their runaround. Now I'm seriously wondering about the quality of their customer service.

high-quality innovative furniture store
GDF studios comes with a plethora of furniture which seem creatively new to the collection, one have seen anywhere. That's what really attracted me at the first time. Stil I wasn't much convinced to buy from a new place this time and really need some update in my study room.
I loved their wooden chairs and bought few products eventually. My buying experience goes really good over the time. The cost I felt is average but still worth it. Totally recommend.
