I needed it for a holiday gift. Placed order Nov 14. It showed up weeks late, with vague replies from support, not great. Item itself works ok, though the wait wrecked plans.
Package ghosted me
Honestly, no product—still waiting and getting radio silence. I ordered two weeks ago, emailed them and got ignored; kind of funny until you really want your money back now.

Mid-delivery week I noticed two charges on my card but no package. I emailed a few times and got radio silence. Wish they'd reply — don't leave customers hanging like that.
Saved my stubborn back
I bought this on a whim because my back was killing me after a move and I’d been burned before. Delivery was slow at first, but customer service actually picked up and sorted it. The item fixed my back, I'm surprised, really thankful. Would use them again, just expect a hiccup.
Almost gave up, but it helps
I was seriously on the fence — saw bad reviews and needed this for my bad lower back before a move, so I ordered anyway. Shipping kept slipping, they said backordered, then finally showed up two weeks late. The thing itself actually eases my pain a lot, but communication was a mess and I kept worrying. Not perfect, but it does the job.
Package drama, but refund finally sorted
I’m relieved I got my refund, though the whole thing was way more annoying than it needed to be. I paid for express on the 5th and by the 24th there was still no package. Asked to speak to a manager and the rep kept saying they couldn’t, “we’re working” — and they wouldn’t issue a refund until I mentioned leaving a review. The site never said the item was out of stock. I mean, other companies have messes too, but this one dragged on; annoying, but resolved in the end.
Not worth the wait
I wouldn't trust them again. I needed this spray because we suddenly had a bedbug problem and wanted something fast, not a gamble. It was advertised with a 3–5 business day delivery, but I waited weeks with no tracking updates and no replies. That silence felt like a scam. I was honestly hopeful when I ordered — seemed legit and a bit pricey but okay — yet the whole experience just flopped. If you need help quickly, go somewhere else. They really need to sort communication out.
Still waiting, good product though
"we goofed," "on backorder," "at our facility," "will be processed soon," "will be shipped soon." It's been a month and the emails repeat the same steps. I called, left a voicemail, never heard back. I’m not angry at the product — it’s solid — but the delivery and support feel sloppy and disorganized. I’ve got to dispute the charge in a few weeks if nothing shows. Also, the constant "processing" messages are annoying. A real shame because this could’ve been great.
Late-night find, mixed results
I saw their ad during a late-night scroll and even told a coworker to check it out. I placed an order almost a month ago and then it just stalled. They said it was out of stock and when I asked for a refund they offered a tiny sample or to waive shipping instead. That felt low. I was skeptical and ready to write them off. After more nagging they at least refunded shipping and sent the sample, so I'm mildly satisfied, though still cautious. Not what I expected and not great customer care.
Scamers
I ask for my refund 2 time and the cancelation or my subscription, they said they will and they never did I been calling and no luck, but they just send me another gallon. And why they have so many website with the same phone number?
Bed bug spray 1 gallon
Like many above comments, they say their 1 gallon are on backorder, but their website does not indicate out of stock or backorder only. Their customer support does not tell you until you really press the matter, and like others they want to offer only their 32 oz as a replacement. Made my order online over 12 says ago, supossedly resolved now, but still no notification of tracking number or that order being processed. Three years ago I made an order and they were very efficient and their product was good. The same product ingrediendients are available from Covington out of Oklahoma, not sure if the exact formula is the same. Ordered yesterday and I have already recieved the confirmed shipment with tracking number (yes, 1 gallon bottle bed bug spray). I need to contact my credit card company to dispute my order with Green Bean Buddy for non-delivery. Will not use them anymore. Also, Covington is cheaper and free shipping.
Good solution
three months ago, i was facing the issue of bugs alot. Even the bed was effected and it was so troublesome for me to get rid of everything without getting into chemicals and other harmful things. My kids are sensitive in these cases. so it can be harmful for them
My mom asked me to try the solution from here and i used it for straight three weeks. It started to get reduce and i finally got the rid
