January restock, final stages of manufacturing, a month out, a couple weeks… you get the idea. At some point I almost gave up and clicked cancel, because vague timelines wear you down. Then, after one more follow-up, they actually shipped. It showed up in early March and honestly — it was everything I hoped for. The build, the fit, the feel — really solid, not flimsy, and it does what they promised. So the doubts? Mostly gone once I had it in my hands. Am I annoyed by the long wait and the fuzzy updates? Sure, a little. But I’m also glad I stuck with it because the product itself delivered. My advice: if you care about timing, ask more questions up front or be ready to wait; if you can be patient, the end result can be worth it. Would I buy again? Probably. Grateful it worked out in the end (and yes, I’ll be more cautious about backorders next time).
