I bought the cuban necklace and bracelet conbo, an indian pendant with tennis chain, and a cuban ring. Love all the products I ordered, good quality and good weight. The customer service is great and shipping was phenomenal. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.

The shipping was longer than expected, but I am very satisfied with the product itself. The product has very unique shine to it, along with a satisfying weight class, and to top it all off, the packaging was great. I bought this for my wife's Birthday. She loved it so much it was a picture of our wedding and the picture was clear. The stones dazzled and danced in the light. She wears it constantly and I have brought other items and will continue to purchase.

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience.
Less than a year after my purchase, the color of the chain began to fade away, leaving my neck brown and discolored.
Despite contacting the company and seeking help, the only solutions they offered were either to pay $40 for shipping back to China or to receive a 35% discount on a new chain.
I was shocked to learn that these options were not mentioned in the company's warranty, and I feel misled and taken advantage of.
This experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the quality of the product and the company's customer service. The fact that the chain caused discoloration to my skin and that it did not go away for an extended period of time is concerning and upsetting. I expected better from this company and am disappointed that I was not able to receive a more satisfactory resolution.
Furthermore, I would caution anyone considering a purchase from this company to think twice and carefully consider their options before committing to a purchase.

I got prong Cuban chain 14mm, glacier tennis chain and bracelet, gemstone cross, ghost pendent with tennis chain...etc.
So far so good with my experience shopping at the guu shop! The quality is amazing and the price is unmatched, I take care of my jewelry so it could look good and stay shinning. I am glad to have found the guu shop and will stay loyal as long as they keep doing me right! Ive been ordering alot through my brother david, so if u see Oxnard, Colonia at the bottom of the guu shop website while browsing, thats probably us waiting on more shipments lol I recommend the guu shop, dont be scared give them a chance you will end up one happy customer with alot of jewelry. First off the chain is amazing! But what I’m astounded by is the packaging! It was packaged with great care!! The box and the contents looked very professional! And made me as a customer feel appreciated! And loved. I love the little bag that came in the box and appreciated the gifted chain that came with it. The only reason I gave two stars for service is because when I emailed them and asked them to make a black Jesus I felt disrespected energy come back to me in their reply. They didn’t really seem like people persons but that’s ok. Still great jewelry and prices!
