The real shift in my mood came the day the refund finally posted: not because the seller suddenly became helpful, but because the paperwork I’d kept forced a resolution. So yeah, I’m mildly satisfied now, but only after doing the heavy lifting myself. If there’s one piece of advice I’d give others: don’t assume a US warehouse means US-based service, and ask up front about split shipments and prepaid return labels if an item is missing. Keep every screenshot and, honestly, be ready to escalate to your card or bank if something feels off. I still wish the seller had handled it like a business — clear communication, immediate refunds when items aren’t shipped, and not making customers pay to return things they never received — but in the end I got my money back and the bundles stayed unused. Slightly annoyed, slightly relieved, and a bit wiser for next time.
