Hat came damaged. Took 16 days to arrive. Ordered small size did not fit. Called customer Service. No response. Never returned my calls. Ship was $16.20 Fedex return was $30.50. Hat cost $39. Postage would have been $46.70. What a RIPOFF. Will never buy from HatCountry again. Now I'm out $51.30 and the only thing to show for it is one damaged hat the does not fit.
Western hat
My husband ordered a western hat , promised custom made May 24, 2021. He waited two months, no hat. Ray had a heart attack July 8th , cancelled order when Hat Country would not respond and no refund. I had to contact our credit card company about the fraud. Disappointed that he never received the hat and ignoring the fact that we paid for a hat 10 weeks ago. After contacting Visa Hat Country made a refund 8-16-2021. Shame on them
