I won’t buy from them again. I ordered a wig that clearly showed baby hair on the site. I even messaged first and they said it would have it. When the wig arrived there was none. I asked for an exchange and they agreed after I sent it back. I paid $15.43 to ship. Then radio silence for weeks. They finally replied but only to say I had to return the “free” extras before a refund — another $15.43. So I’m out $30.86 and have nothing. I’ve bought from other sellers with no drama, so this was disappointing. I’m glad they answered eventually, but overall it was a bad experience.
Finally not stressing about the wig
lace near the ears was too long, some strands were attached where I couldn’t trim them without ruining it, and one braid was woven the wrong way so it looked lopsided and bulky. I played with it for days, honestly almost gave up. Then I contacted customer service, they offered a replacement and some tips, and after a little adjusting I put it on the morning of the wedding and that was the moment — I looked in the mirror and actually relaxed. Got compliments, felt normal. Not perfect, but good enough and worth the effort.
Finally arrived, but what a runaround
By the time it showed up I was halfway done asking for a refund. I ordered it in February 2026 and mostly spent March chasing replies. They only woke up when I opened a dispute with my card company and then asked me to cancel it before they'd ship — nope. They even told me to buy the same wig again on the site and they'd send that one immediately, which felt like asking me to pay twice. After all that, it did arrive a few weeks later. First time I tried it on was for a quick weekend outing; color matched the pics and the cap fit, though it needed a bit of styling. Quality is okay for the price, but the delivery and customer service ruined the experience. Works, but not a smooth or trustworthy process.
Mostly worth the wait
I'm glad I waited — this wig makes mornings easier, despite a few quirks. I picked the 4C-style kinky-straight 360 with invisible straps for work, errands and gym, and it's close to what I wanted. Texture is right — moves like real hair, almost zero shedding, and it doesn't feel synthetic. Color matched my roots, and the baby hairs are subtle, placed well, not overly dense, so you can lay them how you like without them flopping. Seller threw in a ton of extras — lashes, tape, a drawstring kit, different brushes, wig caps — all neatly packed, which was nice. Heads-up: the 180 density is seriously full, and the elastic band and combs are fixed. Also plan on a week and a half to two weeks for shipping (it's overseas). I wear this a lot — work, gym, brunch — and I still recommend it. Worth the wait, imo — small tradeoff for something that looks this good.
Worth the nervous gamble
I almost didn't pull the trigger — worried about cheap, fake wigs and scammy sellers — but I needed something reliable for my daily commute and client meetings. They delayed shipping because I chose a custom color; I messaged them and they answered right away and explained the hold. Fit and texture are real, no weird smell, looks natural on bad-hair days. Still a bit cautious, but mostly relieved and I'll reorder.
Not great at first, better in the end
I bought this wig last minute for a wedding. I was already anxious because past orders had been flaky, so I needed it to arrive and actually look decent. The package came more than a week late. When I opened it, the front was uneven, the front pieces were shorter than the rest, and the fibers were dry even after washing. It shed a lot and wouldn’t hold a curl. On top of that they nudged me for a 5-star rating with a discount right after delivery — weird timing since I’d only had it a day. I asked for a return. They said yes, then wanted a tracking number within five days and demanded I pay for expedited return. I pushed back and said I’d send via regular USPS unless they supplied a label. Eventually they accepted the return and refunded me. That’s when I felt satisfied — it took effort, but I got my money back. Still, the product and the pressure around reviews left a bad taste.
My new go-to wig
There was this weird little moment when I popped the 8x5 closure on and actually laughed — not because anything was funny, but because it just felt right. That’s when I knew I was done searching. The hair is consistently good, I always go for 28 or 30 inches and it’s pretty much true to length, no drama. Colors hold up too; I dye mine jet black every time and it looks deep and even. Shipping is annoyingly fast in a good way — it arrives before I expect it. The 8x5 closure gives the same vibe as a frontal without the extra work, which I seriously appreciate. If you’re on the fence, try the closure first. My only tiny wish is more mid-range price options, but overall I’m very happy — actually kind of relieved.
