I hesitated before buying because of mixed reviews and I guess that hesitation was justified. The fiber duvet arrived crumpled and the fabric looked worn, not fresh. Support replied slowly and wanted me to pay return shipping, which annoyed me. It does keep warm though, not terrible, just disappointing — I had better experiences with other shops before, felt like a step down.
Trial policy more hoops than help
I spotted their ad on Instagram and my brother actually tipped me to try it, so I ordered. The 100‑day trial in practice is misleading — you can only return if you reassemble the mattress onto the original wooden frames and lug it back yourself, which is unrealistic for a king. Beds arrived very firm, maybe rock‑hard. They did offer a return but quoted $500. Useful if you like firm beds and DIY returns; otherwise, be warned.
Glad we took the chance
I’m glad we ordered, even though I almost didn’t. We’re in the Netherlands and the site looked a bit shaky, so I hesitated — foreign seller, odd layout — but everything showed up in about four days. The duvet covers are surprisingly solid, colors matched, stitching looks good, and the kids actually want to swap covers more often now. Price feels fair for what you get. Only real complaint is the website info could be clearer. If you’re on the fence, ask support, but don’t write it off immediately.
Not worth the gamble
don’t risk it unless they sort out delivery and customer service.
The waiting game turned out better than I expected
the mismatch between words and reality.
I started using the pillow about ten days after ordering. First impression? It’s actually decent — firm enough for travel naps, covers are okay, seams neat. I stayed skeptical because of the delivery mess, but the product itself redeemed things a bit. After more persistence (emails, calls, and admittedly a few annoyed messages) the company finally arranged a replacement shipment and a partial refund for the lost time. It wasn’t smooth, but they did fix it.
If you want the short take: the product meets expectations, the price felt fair, ordering was easy, delivery and initial communication were the weak links. Customer service improved once I pushed, though you might have to follow up more than you should. Small gripe: they should be clearer with tracking info from the start — that would save everyone a lot of time.
Would I buy again? Maybe, yes, but only if I’m not in a rush and if I see a clear tracking number from the outset. So a mixed experience that ended on a more positive note than I expected.
