mobility aid - delivered to wrong person
I recently bought a mobility aid but the delivery company messed up. Even though I clearly told them to bring it right to my door because of my mobility problems and living in a retirement home, they gave it to someone else who left it in the reception area. It was a hassle and I had to ask a family member to pick it up for me.
Oversized order returned
I ordered this thing and man, it was way bigger than I thought! I had no idea it was gonna be that massive. So, I decided to send it back the very next day and you know what happened? I got my money back super fast, like in just 2 days! No drama, no hassle. Definitely gonna give their website another shot, but I'll definitely be more careful with the size next time!

Musical pillow with duck feathers
I just bought this musical pillow with duck feathers off this company and it got here super fast, which was nice. But when I opened the box, I was bummed out to find the pillow smelled pretty bad. I tried airing it out for a bit, but the stink stuck around. Plus, the music from the pillow was hard to hear, even with my radio blasting. I wouldn't suggest buying this product, honestly.
Chair booster cushion purchase.
I bought a chair booster cushion from this company before and I've always been happy with their stuff. My Mom needed a new chair booster cushion, but the color I wanted was sold out. I asked them to let me know when it was back in stock. About a week later, they told me it was available again, so I ordered one. It came in just a few days and I really like the quality.
Bathmat purchase
I bought a bathmat from this store, and it was really nice quality and looked great in my bathroom. At first, I was super happy with it because it made the room feel fancier. But then, I was bummed out when I saw that the colors faded a lot after I washed it just once. I didn't expect that at all, and it made the mat look not so good anymore. I thought for the price I paid, it would hold up better.
Bedding purchase for my room
Man, I had the best night's sleep at this rental place with their amazing bedding! The pillows and mattress topper were so comfy that I just had to get some for my own bed. Ordered them online and they arrived super quick, within a week. Now I'm sleeping better than I have in years! Definitely gonna buy more in the future because the quality is seriously top-notch. Shoutout to the awesome service, I'm one happy customer for sure!
