After I bought a printer from this company, I was really bummed out to find out that they set it up in a way that basically forced customers into getting stuck in an expensive service agreement. The monthly payments and per page fees were way too high, and it felt like I was trapped in the whole thing with no way out. I've shelled out a ton of cash to this company over the past 10 years, only to be left feeling frustrated and ripped off. From now on, I'm steering clear of buying anything else from them for my personal use, my family, or any future businesses I might have. And you can bet I won't be recommending them to anyone else either.
HP Omen curved gaming monitor
I just had a really bad time with the company's warranty service. My monitor had a defect covered under warranty, but when they sent me a replacement, it was a different type that wasn't good for gaming like I need. The customer service didn't even talk to me before sending the new monitor. It seems like HP would rather swap out devices completely instead of just fixing the problem, which is a bummer because my curved monitor was still working fine except for the detachment issue.
Nursing school laptop
My laptop, which I need for my nursing school studies, just stopped working out of nowhere. I spent over an hour on the phone with a rep and they said they'd email me instructions for sending it in for repairs. Two days went by, and still no email. When I contacted them again, they said there were technical issues causing a delay and warned me about repair charges if I went anywhere else. It's not cool, I really need my laptop for school. I'm bummed that my new computer turned out to be a dud and I won't be buying from them again.
Laptop customization struggles
I thought about switching out my laptop's hard drive for a solid-state drive, but I ran into some hidden settings that I couldn't find a way to access. I tried looking for some contact information to get some help, but I couldn't find anything anywhere! I spent weeks trying to solve the problem on my own, and let me tell you, it was beyond frustrating. And on top of all that, they wanted me to pay for support that wasn't even available! It was so aggravating. They even expected me to pay for a subscription just to get printer support. Can you believe that?
Printer support experience
My experience trying to get help from the support site was really frustrating. It was so confusing trying to figure out how to create a support case. I felt like I was going in circles, and the system just didn't work in the end. Then they sent me to their support community, but that didn't help at all. I'm upset that it was so hard to get my printer issue fixed, especially since it's still under warranty for a few more days.
My printer ink messed up
I was super pumped to get my printer ink, but as soon as I canceled my subscription, my printer completely crapped out on me, it's like, seriously?! I thought I was being savvy by trying to save some cash, but now I can't even print out my go-to cat memes. I'm so disappointed and there's no way I'm going back to them.
HP printer purchase
So, I got this printer a while back and man, it's the absolute worst! Every time I go to print something, it takes FOREVER to actually start printing. It's like the printer needs a kick in the butt to wake up. And once it finally gets going, it sounds like a dang jet engine revving up. It's crazy loud and just gets on my nerves. On top of that, it's sucking up all my ink just to print one single page. I'm done with this brand, that's a fact!
Update account information
I tried so many times to update my account info on the website, but I couldn't get through to a live person for help. It was super annoying and took up a lot of my time. Because of this bad experience, I won't be buying anything from this place ever again.
Laptop Purchase
I ordered a laptop from HP and they gave me a shipping date that has already come and gone. They keep changing the date, saying the laptop hasn't been made yet. Customer service is no help at all and won't let me cancel or return the laptop. They took my money right away and are not being honest about the laptop's status. I've never had any problems when ordering from a different brand.
Gladly using HP for last 8 years
I am using HP laptops for last almost a decade, few earlier years as for personal and later professionally. It just suited me the best with their performance, value for money, budget-focussed and performance focussed products as well.
I have changed twice, the product in between.
It is indeed one of the most trusted brands right now in computing.
Also, I have been using HP printers and few other products as well.
So no compaints.
Just say it has been a journey in my business, supported by HP.
