I won’t be ordering from them again. I’ve had a few runs with this shop and each time something was off — expired items, wrong products, or smaller sizes than what I paid for. The latest was a hair mask that turned out to be half the size advertised. No note, no warning, nothing. It felt like they hoped I wouldn’t notice. I reached out, and it took ages and a bunch of messages to get any response. They told me to return the mask and they’d send the right one. That never happened. Instead I got a refund and later a message saying it was out of stock. Fine, but they should’ve contacted me first and asked if I wanted to cancel. I ended up covering postage for a product I never would’ve ordered had I known it wasn’t available. Frustrating, honestly. I had to chase them repeatedly for every single issue and never got an apology — just silence, then a patchy reply. If you’re set on trying them, take pictures of what arrives and keep everything until you’re sure. Ask customer service about stock and sizes before you check out. I’d like to see better communication from them; that could change my mind, because some of their stuff looks decent. For now I’m going elsewhere — less hassle, clearer answers. Hope they sort it out, but don’t be surprised if you need to follow up more than you should.
Narrow-feet breakthrough
my daughter dove full out as goalie, landed, popped up and kept going — her shoe didn’t spin or slip, and she didn’t rub her arch for the rest of the match. That small moment felt huge. We’d spent years swapping Nikes and Adidases, sizing up or down, visiting stores, and still ending up with heels that gaped and arches that cramped. Salespeople could match length but never the actual fit for her narrow feet. IDA’s Club cleats fit differently — narrower heel, a toe box that sits right, arch support exactly where it needs to be. After two seasons she’s had zero slipping problems and way fewer complaints about pain. Weird bonus: the lighter color actually seems to keep her feet cooler on blistering turf days, which was a surprising perk. If you’ve got a kid with narrow feet who plays competitively, give these a shot sooner rather than later. My only tip: don’t assume size charts tell the whole story, try them on in motion if you can. We’re genuinely happy with the switch and I’d tell other parents to stop settling for the pinked-up options and try IDA.
