I was rinsing the conditioner out and for a second I thought, okay, this still works. I’ve used their stuff on and off for years. First impression back then was that it actually defined my curls. After the founder died the emails went quiet. I waited weeks once. Prices crept up too. The moment I knew I was satisfied was after one wash this month—my curls looked right. Not perfect service though. Product does what I want, but support and shipping are frustrating.
