I was mainly hoping these would work with the Jon Richard pieces I already own, and thankfully they do. The packaging was fine and delivery came sooner than I expected. One item looked a little smaller online, but it’s still pretty and easy to wear.
Sweet idea, missing the important part
Honestly, I assumed adding a pet name would be simple. My dog passed away three months ago, so this necklace meant a lot, and her full name was too long once I learned the limit was four characters. The woman emailing me helped me settle on a nickname, which I appreciated. Still, the necklace arrived the next day completely blank. It feels nice, but paying extra for engraving and not getting it was really disappointing.
