With two days left before our wedding, I was refreshing tracking pages instead of dealing with the fun last-minute stuff. We ordered my groom’s outfit and my bridal outfit from Kalki Fashion back in December, after Raksha helped us with the measurements. Somehow, both pieces arrived with sizing problems, which was frustrating but I figured replacements would fix it.
The return process turned into a headache
tracking suggested the return could take close to a month, and I didn’t get much clarity about the refund during that time. When I followed up, I was told there were several damaged areas on the item. That surprised me because I had sent it back carefully and hadn’t been told about any issue before. After more back-and-forth, the item was sent back to me instead of the refund being processed. I’m glad I at least got a response in the end, but the whole experience left me disappointed. The product may work for someone else, but the return policy and communication made me hesitant to order again.
