Online shopping experience
The online shopping experience was awesome! The website was super easy to use, and there were tons of choices available. Maheshwari, the sales rep, really went above and beyond to help me out and made everything super smooth. I'll definitely be coming back for more and will be telling all my friends and family about this site. Thanks for such a great shopping experience!
Dress for a party
Oh my gosh, I was a little nervous about the size and material of the dress, but it ended up being really awesome! Just like they said it would be. The only downside was the delivery cost was kinda high, but I’m in the UK and it came earlier than I expected so not too shabby. Thanks, I’ll definitely shop here again!
Dress purchase
Omg, do not even think about buying from this website! I ordered a dress and they promised it would arrive super fast, but then they completely ghosted me and ignored all my messages and emails. I had to warn them that I was getting the authorities involved just to get my money back. It was such a nightmare and I definitely won't be shopping here again. Seriously, steer clear of this place.
Ethnic outfit for a special occasion
I had a really frustrating experience with my recent order from this store. Honestly, the customer service was terrible and I ended up feeling like I paid way more than I should have. They were not upfront about the shipping fees and threw in an unexpected customs fee via DHL that cost me an extra £100. It was super shady and made me feel like I got duped. I definitely wouldn't suggest shopping with them to anyone.
Customized outfit for upcoming event
I just got this outfit made for a special event coming up from that store and honestly, I was so let down by the whole thing. First off, once I ordered it, I didn't hear anything else from them. I tried reaching out on WhatsApp but it took forever for someone to respond. And when they finally did, they couldn't even give me any solid details about my order.

I got this really cute outfit, but when it showed up, I had to pay almost as much for shipping and customs as I did for the actual outfit! It was a total bummer because I've ordered stuff from India before and never had this problem. Just not cool.
Poor customer service experience
I had a really bad experience with this company. They were nice when I bought something, but they have been really unprofessional and haven't responded at all when it comes to returning it. They promised me a refund, but haven't done anything even though I've tried contacting them in many ways over four months. I can't even talk to a manager and I've gotten no helpful responses to my emails and messages. I suggest staying away from this company because I've spent so much time and energy trying to fix this issue and it's really annoying.
Silk saree purchase
I was really bummed out by the silk saree I got from this company. It was super disappointing. The quality was not great, and the material seemed more like polyester than silk. The saree was so bulky and definitely didn't look as elegant as I thought it would. When I tried to return it and reached out to customer service, they gave me a hard time. It felt like they were grilling me about why I wanted to send it back.
Late delivery, lack of communication, prepaid order.
I had a really bad experience with this company I ordered my lehenga online two weeks ago and it still hasn't come! They had plenty of time to get it to me, but no luck. They don't communicate at all - no answers to my calls or messages. I've been trying to cancel my order, but I can't get a response. I paid in advance and now I don't know how to get my money back. The guy I talked to, Purvesh, isn't responding to me either. It's been nothing but frustrating and disappointing dealing with them.
Indian traditional attire
I recently bought some Indian clothes from this store and man, was I let down. The stitching was all messed up and the material felt super cheap. And when I wanted to return the stuff because of how crappy it was, the customer service gave me such a hard time. It felt like they were purposefully making it tough for me to return the items.

I recently bought a saree online, but I wasn't happy with it. So, I asked for a return right away, following all the steps they told me to do. Everything was going smoothly - I sent the necessary pictures and got approval for the return. But then, I got a message saying that I returned the wrong saree, which didn't make sense because the person who picked it up checked it. I've been emailing and calling back and forth trying to solve this and get my money back, but it's been a month and I'm still stuck without a solution.
Formal dress
I just bought a fancy dress from this store and it didn't go so well. They said all the prices on the website already included taxes, but I ended up getting charged 50% more than what I thought I would. I sent the package back a month ago because of this mess-up, and they still haven't given me my money back. They keep telling me they're talking to their logistics team about it. It's really shady and I wouldn't recommend shopping here to anyone else.
Return Issue
They're not even responding to my request for a return on an item that hasn't even been sent out yet. The delivery date they gave me was totally wrong, and now I have to wait for over two months to get my order. It's really frustrating how they're making it so hard for me to return something.
