I recently had a great experience using Kidizen to purchase gently used clothes for my kids. The website has a huge selection of brands at up to 70% off retail prices, making it an affordable option for parents who want their kids to look stylish without breaking the bank. The site is easy to navigate and search, with helpful filters that allowed me to quickly find exactly what I was looking for. I appreciated the detailed product descriptions and photos that gave me a clear idea of each item's condition before I made a purchase. Once I placed my order, it arrived promptly and was exactly as described on the site. The sellers were responsive and friendly when communicating about shipping details, which made the overall process very smooth. What stood out most to me about Kidizen was its focus on sustainability. By buying gently used items instead of new ones, I felt like I was making a positive impact on both the environment and my wallet. Overall, if you're in the market for high-quality children's clothing at an affordable price point while also being conscious about sustainability - then Kidizen is definitely worth checking out!

The app is easy to navigate and the products are very reasonably priced... however, there are significant issues with payment and the actual items. First, after I checked out and paid in full through PayPal, I immediately received multiple emails that one of the 12 items was purchased and that refunds would be issued for the other 11 items. When I went back to the site to see what had happened, all of the 11 items were still available for sale. I decided just to except the refund. Then, the next day, I was charged a second time through my PayPal for the entire purchase.
There was no way to contact Kidizen to help with the problem. You can only contact individual sellers. But, the issue was not with the seller. It was with the app that they use for their cart.
Additionally, half of the sellers had not updated their products, and, after I had purchased them, I received an email stating that the item was no longer available.
While they do have a good prices, this website is a hot mess, and not worth the headache. I am still dealing with PayPal to resolve the issue.
