I wouldn’t trust these for presents — they turned out to be copies, which was frustrating but at least I noticed in time. I ordered three bottles of Creed Millesime Imperial for Christmas and what showed up didn’t match my older, genuine bottle. The front even had an extra flower emblem, the lettering was slightly wrong, and the usual French inscription was missing — little details that gave it away. I did take photos to compare. Packaging itself was fine, but authenticity matters. Tip: get side-by-side pics or ask for proof before gifting. Hope they fix this.
Started bad, never got better
don’t trust this seller. I ordered on Dec. 12 after a friend pointed them out, and I still don’t have the package. I paid extra for express shipping and even a mandatory “order protection” fee, but instead they sent tracking for a different carrier than the one I paid for. The tracking existed, sure, but the item was never actually shipped — at least that’s how it looks. I called the customer number a few times and got nothing. Felt like they were playing hide-and-seek with my money. Annoying and a little ridiculous. I was eager at first, now just tired and a bit bitter. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with them.
Ordered the scent, got the attitude
save yourself the trouble — this was a hassle and I wouldn’t reorder. I bought a specific scent for my mornings and for spritzing before work meetings, but what arrived was a different fragrance entirely, so that whole routine got messy. I called to sort a refund and the rep was curt, almost like they were reading lines from a script that didn't care. I left honest feedback and the company replied telling me to shop elsewhere — polite, right? Not. It’s more annoying than catastrophic; I’m disappointed. Smells matter to me; this felt careless and slightly rude. Also wasted time on calls and emails.
Damaged bottle, disappearing act, and zero closure
a hairline crack, perfume pooled in the bottom corner of the shipping box, and sticky tape trying to do a job it obviously wasn’t up to. That’s how the whole thing started, and honestly it set the tone for everything that followed.
Not great — but at least it got sorted (eventually)
the seller was a headache, but my insurance finally fixed it. I ordered something I actually use every day (simple stuff for my morning routine), and when it didn't show up I checked tracking — which said delivered, to Texas. I live nowhere near Texas. So yeah, weird. I emailed the company, and instead of helping they basically implied I was lying to get free stuff. That was the worst part, honestly — being accused felt awful and unnecessary. I took screenshots of the tracking and all the messages and kept a record because it felt like I needed proof. It took almost two months for the insurance to step in (order was placed 10/3/25, insurance helped on 11/17). Not great timing, but at least there was a resolution — note: the resolution came from the insurance company, not the seller.
I wish the seller had offered a reship right away or at least been willing to investigate where their carrier delivered it. Instead I read a few other complaints (empty boxes, wrong addresses) and their replies sometimes sounded defensive, which made me lose trust. I’m relieved the item was covered by insurance and I got a fix, so if you have insurance or pay by a card that offers protection, that’s something to consider. If you rely solely on the seller for help, maybe be prepared for a slow or awkward process.
All in all: annoying experience, but not a total disaster because the insurance helped. I wouldn’t order a critical item from them again without extra protections, and I’d double-check tracking and communicate immediately. Oh, and save screenshots — you’ll want them. Not great at first, but they fixed it
mixed experience — annoying at first, then resolved so I left feeling okay about the outcome. I ordered because I needed a last-minute gift for a work event (bad timing on my part), and I assumed online checkout would be smooth. Instead I got the usual "Shipping Label Created" update and then no movement — USPS never showed the package. I reached out several times over a week and kept getting told different things: wait a bit, it’s with USPS, or it already shipped. That was frustrating, especially when I had to call USPS myself to confirm they never received the parcel. After a few back-and-forths and filing the company’s order protection claim, they suddenly said two of three items were unavailable and offered the third or a cancel. I canceled (had to push back about a cancellation fee) and initially they did charge me — which felt off. But after escalating, they processed a full refund and apologized. So yeah, not a smooth ride, customer service was messy, but they ultimately corrected it.
