Insulin Resistance Panel Test
I'm in my 70s and worried about getting diabetes, so I've been trying out intermittent fasting and a keto diet to help manage my blood sugar. Despite losing weight, I haven't seen any improvement in my blood sugar levels, so I wanted to get a HOMA-IR test to check my insulin sensitivity. They are doing very nice.My age is 59 and as happens diabetes and blood pressure issue is my concern.Early of days either call pathology assistant or go to the lab two times for blood samples and wait for lab reports to come.Later communication improved and collection of reports can be seen on computer .
Today we are in ultra modern technology,things are simplified ,cost also came down as thousands of labs working behind.API is also one of them.This is my 9th year with API ,get appointments online, and option suited and get report same day .
This is just a service which is making life easier.
