Quick and Helpful Customer Service
My experience at Lamps Plus was awesome thanks to Anita's quick and helpful customer service. I had some questions about a product I was checking out, and she answered them right away with a lot of knowledge. Mirror hangars
I bought some mirror hangars at that store recently and it was awesome. I had a question about them, so I talked to three people who worked there and they were all really knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciated how professional they were when they helped me out. The mirror hangars I got were top-notch, just like everything else I've bought there. I love shopping at that store because of the quality stuff they have and the great customer service. Thanks for making shopping so enjoyable!
LampsPlus.com: Just Okay
I recently purchased a lamp from LampsPlus.com and overall, my experience was pretty good. The website was easy to navigate and there was a wide selection of products to choose from. The lamp I ended up getting was exactly as described and I was happy with my purchase. The only downside was the shipping, which took a bit longer than I would have liked. However, the lamp arrived in good condition and that's all that really matters. All in all, I would recommend LampsPlus.com to others looking to buy a lamp or other home lighting products. Just be prepared for potentially longer shipping times.
