Sunrise on my balcony and still no lavender — that's been the odd part. I ordered on May 24th because I use lavender for evening tea and to toss a sprig by the pillow; little rituals every day. They've sent me lovely plants before, so I wasn't worried, but this time it's been seven weeks with nothing arriving. I emailed a few times, got one vague reply promising "last week," and then radio silence. The checkout was easy and their plants were great in the past, which is the weird, pleasant memory here, but the lack of communication is what's maddening. If there's a growing issue because of weather, fine — just tell customers. Right now I feel like I paid and got ghosted. Honestly, pretty disappointed.

Not fancy packaging, just practical and effective. If you’re the impatient type, plan for delays; if you’re okay with a short wait, the plants themselves are solid. I'll be watching them through fall and expecting a good show next summer.
Late but fragrant

Support and delivery process = messy and slow. I ended up ordering another plant from Amazon while I waited. Would I buy again soon? Probably not. But hey, it wasn't a total loss.
