The missing dozen was annoying (DPD never showed up with the rest), so I emailed customer service — a bit of back-and-forth but they sent replacements that turned up later in August. At first I was skeptical, more like "okay, we’ll see," but after potting everything the plants settled in quickly and even smell faintly of lavender when you brush past. Not fancy packaging, just practical and effective. If you’re the impatient type, plan for delays; if you’re okay with a short wait, the plants themselves are solid. I'll be watching them through fall and expecting a good show next summer.
Late but fragrant

I ordered at the end of April because the pictures looked nice and, honestly, I wanted that lavender smell. Shipping turned into a saga. They hinted it was packed, then months felt like weeks of nothing. I emailed once and got a friendly "we're packing them" line. Then silence. By early June I still had no plant (yes, I waited). I emailed again, no reply, so I asked for a refund and figured that was that. Oddly, after the refund request they sent a DPD slot and the lavender arrived the next day — well packed, healthy looking, and smelling fine. So product = good. Support and delivery process = messy and slow. I ended up ordering another plant from Amazon while I waited. Would I buy again soon? Probably not. But hey, it wasn't a total loss.
